I did not work here! My boyfriend worked here for several months. They got laid off back in April due to the pandemic, with no pay. The they returned to work with little hours, then they were risking being laid off again. They were given a grant then they start giving "attendance bonus" incentives. Where if you came to work on time you got a pay extra money, who wouldn't want that.

My boyfriend found a better job that worked for our family and closer to home. He resigned from the company. On his last week he was on time everyday, on his last pay stub it read "attendance bonus." Long story short this company did not pay him for his attendance bonus, although he worked hard for his last week. We've been calling for weeks and leaving voice mails, receiving no answer. Why give an incentive of such and not pay out?

Nice place I ever been. Unloading time took just a 20 minutes at the morning time. They let you dock at the middle of the night if that free (just one door aveliable of two - that's a left one closer to green container). Good people with fully respect relation to drivers.

I worked at plant 2 in elkhart, was Harassed by my coworkers Always told I wasn't doing good enough even though I was new I would litteraly be pulling parts out of the machine and told to go faster but if I'd go too fast I was told us slow down if I went too slow I was told to speed up i was threatened several times by a CO worker that she was gonna take me outside and beat me up and when I let the supervisor know he told me that he didn't hear it.

Also another coworker told me she was tired of my mouth and I was just trying to explain myself right in front of the supervisor on 3rd shift and no disciplinary action was taken toward her. eventually ended up getting fired for not taking direction even though if you were to clearly watch the videos I never once tried not to do my job. It's good money but I wouldn't recommend working there to anybody from my personal experience.

Shipping and receiving supervisor is very rude. Got there at 2:30pm and didn't get unloaded. But it says the receiving is until 3pm. Try to get here before lunch time or just try to avoid this place.

It was ok unloading. Can complain too much. They don't care about appts there. It's FCFS. That backing up from the street is not too bad but their drivers don't stop kinda discourteous to first timers.

I was applying for a job there and a friend of mine told me not to. Turns out she worked there for a time and walked away. She was hired as a forklift driver. Before she started, she was told she what forklift she would be driving and she was for it, because it was the same she drove at her previous job. She starts work and they give her a different forklift, but she figured it out pretty quick.

After the first week, the guy who drove the forklift she was driving came back. They ended up sticking her on a 1980 something year old cat that barely worked. Around that time, they were getting a bunch of glass in. She was in charge of putting it away. She said at first it wasn't a big deal, but more glass kept coming in and it was becoming an all day thing to put it all away.

While she was working on glass, they were expecting her to be on the forklift too and she struggled doing both things at the same time. She said she ended up getting sick with walking pneumonia and had to miss three days of work. When she came back, there were pallets of glass all over the aisles and a few outside. While she was gone, no one bothered putting a pallet or two of glass away.

She said she didn't get mad, just disappointed in the lack of team work and started putting the glass away herself. Eventually she ran of room despite the factory building shelves to hold more glass. Because of the dust, she was getting sicker and went to management to see of there was another less dusty environment she can work in, at least until she got better. HR said she will discuss it with the owner and she went back outside.

Eventually she got pulled back into the office and told that they will switch her to a different department but will reduce her pay. She disputed it and the boss said the position was temporary until she could find another job. Something like that would of pissed me off, but she didn't seem bothered by it. She was grateful the owner at least was thinking of her, sort of.at lunch time, she got in her car and left to the hospital because she had trouble breathing.

She never went back to Genesis. She never had anything bad to say about anyone, the job wasn't for her but I can't work somewhere if people don't have your back, especially in the same department. Team work makes the dream work.
