We worked with John and GEM after a hail storm hit our area. We had over a dozen people knock on our door offering to "help" John met with our insurance company and we were able to replace the entire roof. The team arrived before 8 and when I stopped by at lunch they were cleaning up and already done! I had GEM come back in and build our new deck with Trex Decking. We had a design already in hand and it was built out perfectly. The quote was far less than anyone else and we could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!

John came out and gave me my estimate which was great considering some other estimates that I received from people who drive around and stop you to tell you how bad the shape is of your roof and house. I had the BEST experience with Gem Exteriors! They did our roof on our house and garage along with the siding of the house and the garage. They also tore down our front porch and constructed a new one! I can't tell you how HAPPY we are, it exceeded all our expectations.
