No service. Everything is so old and dirty. So much worse than last time we were there and that was bad. Same merchandise was there and it's been 4 years ago we stopped there. Man in Main store was Very rude to us. Will not return. We have been told to go to location in Quitman. Much cleaner place and nice people.

Stay away! They need to teach their employees how to properly check inventory. A customer service skills workshop wouldn't hurt either. I called and described a particular type of door that I needed and was assured by the person on the phone that they had them in stock there. I drove almost an hour only to find that they did not actually have the door there but they could probably order one.
It was like it was no big deal to anyone that they didn't have what I needed after being told they did before driving a fairly long distance to do business there. Most reputable businesses would at least try to make it right when a customer suffers extreme dissatisfaction due to employee incompetence. Not here. I didn't even get an apology for wasting my time and gas because the moron on the phone being unable to perform the simple task of visually verifying inventory.

This is a very neat building supply store off highway 80 that sells to the public. The staff is informed and friendly. Great deals on heavy duty bolts & screws, double paned windows, shower stalls and tubs and more. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed, so I didn't get to explore everything. but I did get a price list for windows before I left.
Brand new double-paned windows with heat shield and divided light - 36x36 for only $77! I heard about the place by word of mouth. So glad I decided to check them out. If you are going to do ANY home improvement projects, it's definitely worth your time to check this place out!
