Worst customer service in Detroit, I used to spend about a $1000 a week in this place a I promise I never was able to go and just get materials always some kind of problem, sales person knows absolutely nothing about masonry which is remarkable considering shes worked there at least 3 years that I know of, be prepared to explain in detail what you want, and still will have to wait an hour

Went up there to search for brick wasn't allowed in yard to look! drove 40 mins there! then called the office and got a rude lady on other end saying all there samples were by the gate was 6 brick total if your gonna go look at brick belden arlington general shale sabistons all allow you in yard good placed to go!stay away from friendship brick

They are not your friends. Do not do business with them. Their employee loaded up my car and after I left his boss overruled him and said I took more than I was supposed to. When I came to get the rest they wouldn't give me everything and the worst of it he was so nasty to me. Before I even objected. These are not the kinds of places we have to do business with in 2021. I never leave bad reviews but this company needs better processes so consumers don't get ripped off with no recourse.

Usually a great place with great customer service, when the gentleman is at the front desk. First time I've ever seen the lady working today, but she was very rude, tried to slick talk and cute talk me because I told her the gentleman already told me I need a mask. She proceeded to tell me again and again as I leave to go get one. As I'm getting it out of the car they close the gate on me and lock me out, wow. Now, I know this whole carona thing has the old and sickly sheep out here scared as sh&@, but that was rediculous. Be scared all you want, don't be rude and obnoxious lol It's all good I went to home depo, they're cheaper any way

I cannot speak highly enough about Friendship and Michael Ellis; Michael drove around knocking on doors to figure out the brick color my clients wanted and was relentless in his pursuit. Beyond impressed!

There delivery is outstanding! These guys are super quick and will place your brick wherever. Drivers are super friendly and professional.

Great place to deliver truckloads into. Dock is in a weird spot but not to bad to get into. Definitely cant park here overnight.

It's the best place in the whole wide world to get your brick and stone there's no other place to go then friendship And their brick and stone holds up well
