There has been a lot of aggravation, people not keeping their communication straight. John saying one thing, Chuck saying another. I have condensed this down. It has been months. I gave them every opportunity to fix this. We started the process with them early this year. It has been one inconsistency after another. We went and said we wanted doors that could be operated by chain or motor, with a remote.
The doors they brought out, were going to open by motor only. We said that is not what we asked for. My husband talked to John. He said they would make t right, that he would get the right motors. My husband called back after not hearing from them and talked to Chuck. Chuck said he would have to split the difference on the motors. That is not what John said, Chuck said he would talk to John.
Never heard back. Had to call them. Long story short here we are about 6 months later, we got the right motors, no remotes and no one has come out to set the limit switches. We were told 2 weeks ago that someone would be out on that Friday. No one called. Limits have not been set. No remotes. One of the doors is not level, on side sits up higher than the other, so the door does not seal evenly at the bottom right. Also, do not buy garage doors from them.
After all of this aggravation and wanting to charge us extra, on doors we paid for in full. I said can you just put in regular garage doors, so that they will have the remote or we can manually open them. They said sure for a little over 4000.00. How do 2 normal garage doors cost over 4000.00?! I will never do business with them again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
If you go to them anyway make sure you give them a written detailed copy of what you are wanting and keep a copy for yourself. Do not just expect that when you say, what you want anyone will write it down or remember.
