I've tried countless of times to get employment in the fields I went to school for which was simulation and game development but to no avail, I haven't gotten any employment in the field and it's been almost two years. I've got years of experience in 3D modeling from high school -college ( I can literally create 3D models without having to trace over any sort of images and didn't take me long to complete) and I'm well over qualified and still, it's hard to even get a job after competing college.

I've even asked for assistance from my previous instructors but that was no help at all and didn't even hear back. I wish FTCC would inform students of the difficulty of trying to find employment after graduating. The only way to even get a job in this field is if your instructor hires you/puts in a good word for you or if you have previous employment history in this field ( which a lot of people aren't going to hire you if you don't have experience even with a degree. ). Ftcc doesn't help you in any way to get employment.

My overall experience taking this course from 2018-2020 was horrible; the vibe there wasn't good and I hated every bit of the class( I was literally an excellent student and mostly kept to myself and made excellent grades there it's just, overall atmosphere was terrible and made me not even want to go and attend anymore or even do any of the work but I stood strong and passed the program with a high gpa and 5 certificates that I rightfully earned ).

I've even had one of my teachers criticized my artwork badly and compared to a professional and basically saying that my artwork wasn't good enough. And because of that, I had actually stopped creating art for awhile because I had to deal with that from Ftcc etc. Like I just started college and how do you expect my art work to be up to bar with a professional?

And my art style was different too? Every artist has their unique art style and they do things differently. I'm a cartoonist and a realist in art. Overall, I would not recommend and if I could have traded and went to a different school at that time, I would have.

Do not go to this college because they scam me out of my money and try to trick me into taking out loans. So please don't support this school because there is too much Con artist in this college. Have a blessed day and stay safe. Remember God will expose you when you do wrong to ppl.

FTCc is an amazing community based post-secondary education system here in Fayetteville. The tech program is really hard to beat, they have an awesome staff who are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. They have been recognized by the National Security Agency and Homeland Security as a leader in cyber security education. Partnerships exist with many technology companies which allows the customer to attend and learn at a great low price! They are a leader in the next generation of IT staff.

I'm a new student, but from my vantage point their website is difficult to navigate and their admissions letter with the instructions leaves a lot to be desired. It claims you can used the same credentials across the platforms, but this isn't the case and you won't know it until you've wasted an hour of your life figuring it out and succumbing to the help desk (who were helpful, but don't have any say in what goes into the admissions letter).

I had difficulties registering for classes and there are some interdependencies that aren't super clear especially when I had transfer credits that were supposed to count. So I called the registrar to see if they could help. they guy I talked to DID NOT LISTEN at all. It was the worst and I'm really tired of men like this. I don't know how many times I had to say the same thing. only for him to say he was transferring me. I wish he just did that to begin with. We'll see how school goes, but as of right now, there's just been a ton of hoops to jump through.

I'm currently participating in the ADN program to be a registered nurse. For the most part, they have excellent nursing educators. If you're thinking about applying just send it, worst they can say is "no" and you can try again. I got in with a low GPA of about 2.5-2.8 and an 85% on the ATI-TEAS. We are more substance than numbers. I have already learned so much and enjoyed my time at this school. Hopefully I will graduate with my colleagues in Spring 2023 Words of advice: > I recommend taking any class with Dr. Kaiafas, she taught me for NUR-111.

Not to be dramatic or anything, but she is the best professor in the whole world! She is strict and does everything by the book, but she cares. > Look up the instructors on RateMyProfessor before registering for any classes. When you get into the program you gotta stay ahead in order to avoid falling behind. > Get some insight. Join the Facebook groups for Nursing, talk to students ahead of you or the ones that already graduated. > Use your resources: ATI and Pearson textbooks, YouTube videos (RegisteredNurseRN, Osmosis, Mark Klimek, Quizlet, StuDocu, etc.)

I went here for two years and gained my Associates. I loved almost lot the professors here. Some are strick, but there's always going to be those kind of instructor's. Remember to stay on track, be on time, and participate. Those may all sound the same, but they aren't. There is a student center for students to do tutoring, or you could even ask your teacher to set up an online collaborate session for you and the other student. Again, depends on teacher. About 90% of the teacher I met were great teachers, understanding, and patient. Transferring over to UNCFSU was easy to do.

What a beautiful and safe campus. The school really does a great job of running temperature stations, testing employees, emergency phones, lights on campus, and a security presence. I am lucky enough to be an employee and I love my work and those I work with. There are so many opportunities to grow and connect with others and the community. The school has classes and degrees in welding, truck driving, construction, gaming, mechanics, and my FAVORITE AND BRAND NEW DEPARTMENT DIGITAL MEDIA! If you are looking for a unique and in demand degree come see us! I promise we will take great care of you!
