During this unusual time, we have seen unprecedented demand for greenhouses and garden supplies. While we do currently have a few greenhouse models in stock, most new greenhouse inventory is being "pre-ordered" before it even arrives to us. Victorian Greenhouses are continuing to arrive with occasionally supply chain interruptions here and there.

RIGA XL Greenhouses are still in stock, but the smaller RIGA Greenhouse stock will not be arriving again until September. Customers interested in RIGA or Victorian Greenhouses are strongly recommended to place their orders ASAP with our independent retailers (as they do accept back orders).

Exaco Trading Co. is an exclusive importer and national distributor of high-end greenhouses, compost bins, compost buckets, rain barrels, unique garden planters and a few other products. Generally we do not sell directly to the public (unless you are local to the Austin TX area), however you may purchase our products at any of our retail partners listed below.

Quality of the greenhouse is only surpassed by the quality of service and support you will receive from Exaco. We hired a subcontractor (separate from Exaco) to install our greenhouse. The sub cut many corners and did not anchor the greenhouse to the concrete slab. As a result the greenhouse flipped upside down during a recent storm. I called Exaco to see if I could purchase replacement panels and if it was worth salvaging.

Within 1 hour of my call, the owner Andrew said he can arrive on site to assess the damage. His crew quickly removed damaged pieces and said he would return the following day. Next day Andrew and several team members fully assembled the greenhouse and properly anchored it to the slab. This is the textbook definition of standing behind your product and offering world class service. It wasn't Exaco's fault that a subcontractor cut corners but they stood behind the product 100%. Loyal customer for life!.

These guys and gals were great! I was able to use my Austin city composting rebate here - you have to email the customer service department directly through the website in order to arrange a purchase. But everyone got back to me promptly and I was able to pick up my Mr. Spin composter withing 24 hours of emailing them.

Had a faulty composter and complained to customer service. The owner called me directly and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and accommodating and sent me out a new unit. Other composters I've used from Exaco have been amazing so I can't say enough positively about this company.

The best Customer Service of any I have dealt with. I purchased a Greenhouse and they were there to help even over a holiday weekend! Still back up their product. They are AWESOME!

Composter I had bought (1 year ago) had a lid locking function that was faulty and had blown/broken off. Multiple reviews with similar customer problems. Contacted customer service who wasn't much help and wanted to charge me for a replacement and had the balls to ask me to pay for shipping as well. What a joke.
