The 031014-104-000 Agitator is sold individually. The Agitator Assembly (Or Blade Assembly) is the part of the blender that chops, blends or mixes the product that is put into the blender jar. After time the blades will become dull or break or the spline that is attached to the shaft may wear out. When replacing the Agitator it is advisable to inspect the Sealing Ring, which is in between the agitator and the jar for cracks and if it has been compressed too much, which will cause it to leak from the bottom.

I ordered a Milwaukee Packout toolbox handle kit. They shipped it, but it was missing the pins that are critical to install it (and shown as included on their website photos) making the part effectively useless. Everytime you email them, they automatically ignore the first of your emails, so you have to nag them incessantly. I assumed they could just send some little pins, so I don't have the original packing material anymore. Nope, they send an RMA, which I have to print off my self, meaning a trip to Staples, because who owns a printer anymore? then finding packing material I threw out, re-packagaing it, and sending it back, all in the hopes that the next one they send _might_ have the necessary pins. No apologies. just one big behemoth waste of my time. Skip these guys and just order from eBay where the sellers actually care about feedback.

Due to the misleading service they provide, this was my first and last purchase with eReplacementParts.com On June 20, 2022 at 4:06 p.m. I opted to pay for an overnight expedited delivery which cost exceeds the cost of the items I purchased (Replacement Shock Absorbers for Emergency Generator). The arrival of these items more than two days later (06/22/2022 at 5:32 PM) is unacceptable and could have cost me substantial losses. eReplacementParts.com depend on third parties for deliveries, so if the aforementioned deliverers do not make the delivery in a timely manner. then, it is not their fault. but my money stays in their pockets, really? I will definitely spend my money doing business with someone else more reliable.

I ordered parts and they stayed the parts would ship a week after I placed the order. By the end of the week I received an email stating a part was on backorder. Another week goes by and received an email that that part had came in but another part was on back order. I contacted the company several times asking about the order. No one would respond, but I would get updates that I had stuff on back order.

I inquired that the original part mail telling me a part was on backorder showed everything else was in stock. Then it changed when that part showed up. I asked if they took stuff from my order to fill another order. customer service must have been busy with other customers in the three weeks I had been emailing them. Just to busy to respond to my question or they just didn't care. Anyway I just cancelled my order after I received another backorder email. Hopefully my refund won't take weeks or months to get back.

I will NEVER order from your company again! I ordered the overpriced part and you quickly took my money and told me the delivery was 4-9 business days. I should have known better. You people knew then that the part was on backorder but lied to me about the availability. For ten LONG days I waited for that part when I should have just ordered a new lawn mower.

Now my yard is a damn mess because I have received about 8 inches of rain in the past three weeks and it is going to be a damn nightmare to mow. If you had told me in the beginning, instead of lying to me, that the part was on backorder I would have then bought a new mower and I wouldn't be as damn angry as I am right now. YOU KNOWINGLY LIED TO ME!

How damn convenient, you send a damn prepackaged, insignificant, meaningless canned reply stating some lame excuse, well that isn't going to cut it, you knowingly lied to me! Right now I am deciding if I want to cancel the order or not. I should have ordered it from someone else, because it was much cheaper and they told me "up front" it would be a minimum of two weeks, they didn't lie to me or try to trick me into buying a backordered part so they could take my money.

I going to save this response and post it in a couple more reviews and then contact the BBB in your area! You people are pathetic! I would rate you lower than one star if I could. PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T DO IT, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

They sold me a very expensive tire for a riding lawn mower which I couldn't even install, had to use the old tire with an inner tube instead. They sell expensive crap which doesn't work without testing them, will never buy again there.

I ordered a part for my snowblower, and they say "Ships in 4 - 9 business days". Which I was totally fine with, and I expected it would take another 5 days or so to get to me, with a total of maybe 15 days before I get the part. However, it has now been 23 days and with multiple emails (since January 12) sent asking about my order (NO Reply yet). Would be great if anyone from the company would get back to me.

Would love to know if I will ever get my part or if I am just out the $14.73 I paid. Plus Shipping was over $5.00 which I could ship a single gasket for much less than that and a lot quicker. I don't know what takes this company so long. CONS: No communication Slower than advertised Pricey Shipping PROS: Say they have parts (according to website. been a month since ordering and I still don't have it so I guess maybe time will tell)

Ordered dryer belt on 12.30.21. Debit card charged. Two weeks later I check order status on web page. Received a msg. that order doesn't exist. Sent in an inquiry asking for clarification, got an auto response, telling me of options on how to check order status, which I already had tried online. Checked debit card thinking that order had been cancelled, no notification, and card credited. None.

I tried to order a part from them and found them unable to sent the correct part. The first part was incorrectly packaged. The box had two different part numbers on it. One part number was for the armature that I needed and the other was for a motor that I did not need. I called and explained the mistake they had made. They sent me a return label to send the part back.

They were supposed to send me the correct part. Instead of checking to see if other boxes were mislabeled they didn't. Due to their incompetence or laziness I got another box that had two different labels on them and the part that I don't need inside. I called to get the issue resolved. Took 35 minutes to get a supervisor on the phone. I have no faith in their ability to get me the right part this time. I found the correct part on amazon for $5.00 less.

I ordered a plastic case to replace my rusty, broken hinged metal (metal not made anymore, which is fine with me) Milwaukee Sawzall Carrying Case on a Thurs night. It arrived the following Friday. I needed new pedal straps for my E3100 Vision Fitness Stationary Bike. When I checked the website, only one option was available and indicated it was compatible with my model. After 4 weeks to receive in snail mail (ridiculous given the price I paid for shipping) I open the package to find they are not compatible with my model. I asked for them to send the correct part, but they just said 'you got what you ordered' and suggested I should have known to call their parts specialist to confirm it was the correct part. of course, that did not seem obvious as the website clearly described the wrong part as being compatible. Terrible customer service! Cost me a fortune and now being ignored.

Our company tried to order piston rings from the website. Just for clarification we asked to make sure we ordered the correct amount. We requested 4 kits with 10 pieces per kit for a total of 10 rings. We received 4 rings. When we called to question what we were quoted they refused to stand behind the quoted price and wanted to charge $44.00 per ring.

Ereplacementparts.com is a company I've done plenty of business with over the past few months. Until now. I ordered parts on a Friday later afternoon, printing label was printed on Monday. Which sent me the notification that my parts had been shipped. Except for the printing label just got printed then lost on someone's desk for a full week. When I messaged the company to try and resolve my concerns I was sent an automated general response.

Not happy with that I pressed the issue further. I was then told it was FedEx that didn't pick up packages and if there were any complaints it would be against them. Hmmm no you left my parts label sitting lost on someone's desk. And you want to play the pass the buck game. Instead of taking a business stand point of ok a customers unhappy what can we do to fix it they just wanted to point the finger elsewhere. Very high shipping costs in comparison. Guess I'm done shopping on ereplacementparts.com

EDIT/REPLY: There were no special circumstances creating the shipping delay and it wasn't an issue of a misunderstanding on ship date as I took the time to confirm that prior to ordering since I needed the part fast. It was purely as a result of FedEx's incompetence as usual. That being said phone support was much more helpful than email and my order was refunded in full.

For the great customer service I adjusted my review to 3 stars. Give me the option to ship UPS and it would be 5 stars no hesitation. You're entrusting your reputation to a carrier who is on their way out and doesn't even try to hide how much they don't care. End edit -------------------------- I really want to like the website. Clearly they're on their game and have put a ton of effort into making it easy to find otherwise not so common parts for old tools and appliances.

Why I won't buy again is because of slow shipping times and being completely ripped off on next day shipping. I needed a part asap so I paid a premium for FedEx overnight. FedEx claims delivered at 10:53pm and of course there was no package left.what a ripoff! What exactly do I need it for at almost 11 at night?! I expected delivery by 10:30am like literally anyone else you pay for next day. Then you can't even get any customer service to get help after getting ripped off on shipping. Hope the $37 was worth never getting another order.

We ordered a part for a client on June 16th and was told that it would be delivered June 22 here it is June 28 and still no part and since thursday on the 24th it's in North Carolina somewhere. When on the 23rd it stated that it was in Georgia. And when I called both eReplacement Parts and Fed Ex I was told that they can't give me a delivery date.

And that we should of paid for a different way of shipping it. Something about this isn't right at all. And personally it's not very professional. Not a great way to run a business when we can't get a part that is needed for a client and the job is on hold till we get said part. And why was it in Georgia on the 23rd and on the 24th its in North Carolina and is still there as of this morning it hasn't moved since. Not good business at all eReplacementParts!

I have a 10 year old mower and the front drive wheels were bald, worn down over the years of use. I went on their website and found the correct replacement wheels and dust covers. I ordered on a Tuesday and the parts arrived 2 days later on Thursday. Love that! Parts went right on, were a direct fit and are performing great. This is my 3rd order with ereplacementparts.com and I have not be disappointed.

Ordered a $60 stove part Nov. 13, box with correct part # arrived with incorrect part inside a week later. Their customer service phone recording says to reply online (no human available). Their online link/process say to contact via email. Email reply says to use online link. Nice endless loop of failure! Do yourself a favor and don't purchase their parts and start the crazy endless loop of failure and frustration! Okay, to be fair, I next ordered the same part from their competitor.

That part arrived with the same issue from the same drop-shipment warehouse. Only difference, I received a return merchandise response and address online immediately. Still no reply from eReplacement Customer Service for a return #. Ugh

I purchased a traction cable for my lawnboy in June 2020 received the part in July. Put part on. used lawn mower 4 to 5 times. After putting a new piston in the motor i noticed that the cable had broken part of the way though. I sent the part back on 9/22/20 they received the package on 9/25/20. It is now 10/02/20. I have tried to call numerous times and email several times.

I would expect the cable would hold up longer then two months. I still waiting to hear back. No customer service. No phone response. No email response. No refund. 2 weeks is plenty long enough to respond I believe. They sure took my money fast. We will see what happens.

Filter and hard to find filter cover for my Black and Decker Dustbuster came sooner than promised. Good shipping. Avoid this company with terrible customer service! I ordered a part and was sent a completely different part two weeks later. I returned the part over two weeks ago and nothing. No credit, no response. I followed their lengthy instructions to the T. I emailed them over a week ago, no response. I tried to call and they don't accept current order inquiries by telephone.

They use the corona virus as an excuse to totally eliminate customer service. This has been going on for over a month, meanwhile my equipment is useless. I will never order from this lame company again. (Funny how they respond so quickly to these reviews but can't take care of their customers in a timely fashion.)

I placed an order because they listed multiple of that item in stock and said orders ship the same day. Later, after being charged, I got a confirmation email saying the item was backordered. The rest of my order described in that confirmation email was wrong.

I struggled to find the part I needed since there were no pictures on the website. I purchased what I thought was the correct item, but after waiting a month to receive it, it was not the right part. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for over a month because returning it online isn't working and I need help getting the correct part.

I can definitely get over long shipping times, not a big deal. And an incomplete website is annoying but whatever. I'm giving one star because there seems to be no way to get any help.

Horrible customer service. I dropped a pressure washer for service on 3/8/21. I called to inquire about it 2 weeks later and it was supposed to be next on the list. Turns out it was looked at 3/9 and parts are unavailable, aright, but I called 4/12/21 to get this news. 1 month in the shop and no communication from eReplacement. Don't count on getting your equipment serviced in a timely manner, or a simple phone call for that matter.

I ordered a grill grate 3 weeks ago and when it arrived it was bent and 6 broken welds. The shipping box was NOT damaged so that leads me to believe it was packed up this way. I returned the part and reordered the same day. The message traffic says it has been with the shipper 5 days ago but when I called Ontrac they said it has not been received.

I sent several emails since they are not taking phone calls but still no answer. I tried to resolve this issue but no joy so now I resort to a not so great Yelp review. Horrible service and NO customer service

Surprised by the bad reviews. I have ordered from them a few times and never had any issues. My orders have been for lawn equipment I needed to fix (weed eater, leaf blower). Decent web site, easy to find the parts you need. They even have diagrams showing the picture and description of the parts. Easy check out. Shipping charges are fair and they get the parts you ordered out quick.
