We have used Emerald City twice now for window replacements in our old house. The whole process was easy and we're very pleased with the results. We had the same installer both times and he was very professional. Both times he offered good solutions for how to deal with our house's existing imperfections. I've used Emerald City Energy twice now to replace 50+ year old windows, and both time the crew has done an amazingly great job - on time, took great care to keep the areas clean, worked efficiently and effectively, and made sure I was totally satisfied with how everything looked and worked before they left. Very happy with their work, and look forward to using them again for the remaining windows and doors.

Yes! The installers were great - we had front and back sliders, both double doors which necessitated the installers Rusty and the quiet guy to completely remove the super-structure which supported the outer doors. This was a complicated task, but they finished it within the day, left the place immaculate, and did a quick and efficient job. They were also very pleasant, and kept me informed of things during the course of the installation, and didn't mind avoiding face-level swipes from my cat. All in a day's work. We're likely to replace another slider, and possibly some other windows, and will happily contract with these guys again.

Emerald City was friendly and responsive. We have 11 windows replaced. They took ownership for an error made in measurement that saved us serious $! The windows took a long time to arrive and I had to check a few times but they were always responsive when I checked status. They wore masks inside and were on time and cleaned up each day. I have already referred them to others and think they are a solid choice for your windows.
