Eastern Marble & Granite

Eastern Marble installed our kitchen counters in Milford CT. Their customer service and installation was impeccable and their end product is stunning. I have been involved in real estate for many years with many clients and houses and I can say from experience that this company is outstanding in their effort, their work and their quality of product.

I am a contractor who solicited Eastern Marble & Granite for one of my customers and was shocked to learn they require 100% payment of their product and services at the time of templating. That is absolutely absurd. I would never pay any vendor 100% up front prior to my purchase being fabricated and installed. 50% at time of templating and balance upon satisfactory installation is industry standard.

There is absolutely no recourse as a consumer if the product doesn't meet your requirements or the installation is poor when you pay in full up front. The consumer holds no power at that point and is at the mercy of the vendor. Will never use this company.

I had a great experience with other this company, they did out counter top and our island. I'm very pleased with their work. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and measurements. Will use this company again on next project

I have received several countertops over the years from Eastern. Always a professional job performed and they have such beautiful stone to choose from! The showroom is lovely as well as the folks that work there! Highly recommend Eastern Marble and Granite!

Eastern Marble & Granite does excellent work and are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to using stone for your remodeling projects. We used them when we remodeled our kitchen and we were researching counter tops and they were highly recommended and it was the beat choice we made. Margaret was great to work with and showed me many samples and I went with a beautiful quartz countertop.

The gentleman came right out took measurements and we didn't have to wait very long for the installation once the quartz was made to our measurements. And the three gentlemen that installed it were great and friendly. Whenever we do another project we will definitely go with Eastern Marble & Granite again. We get so many complements on our kitchen when friends and family come over. It really brightens up our kitchen and we love it.

They dropped a piece on our floor and then made our insurance pay for the replacement. Yes it was 2012. You guys just sent me a review request. I spoke with the owner back then. I was not happy with having to submit on my house insurance for something your installers did. Also I was told the left over stone was "broken" when I called back a year later to have a bathroom done. So I used 20% of a slab my insurance paid for and lost the rest.
