We've just gotten our 6 foot vinyl privacy fence installed from East Coast Vinyl & Decks and we could not be happier. The fence looks fantastic and we're already getting compliments. The crew was very professional and got the work done promptly. It took a few extra days to get our gates installed due to waiting on hardware because of the holiday weekend but Vinnie came out in the rain to get it done for us. From start to finish we had a fantastic experience and I could not recommend them enough. This is definitely a company to look at if you're considering fencing in your yard.

I cannot say enough about East Coast Vinyl Fence and Decks! They were AMAZING! They were referred to us by some friends and were super responsive when we reached out. We had storm damage from one of the hurricanes last summer which left us with a quarter of our yard's fence destroyed. The owner, Vinnie, took the time during his initial visit with us to explain everything from timeline to materials to procedure/payment process.
He sympathized with us greatly as pet owners and even put up a temporary fence before the new fence was installed and during! We decided to completely replace our fence as it had seen better days anyway. We had quite a few estimates for repair/replacement of our fence, but East Coast Vinyl had the best value and the best price. The crew was super efficient and professional and even had our entire yard fenced in within 2.5 days! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Vinnie came to our house give us an estimate in early January, as the previous homeowners had a pre-existing fence already installed by him, I decided to reach out to him and utilize the same individual also put up that fencing. He quoted us for approximately $3000, had us sign a contract stating that he would start to work in March of 2021. Red flag #1, I had to call him to reach out to him to ask him when he was gonna start the work, as he had forgotten about us when he scheduled us in early January.
He started to work after his specified start date which was supposed to happen in March. I had him and his team install our fence to enclose our yard and by adding our two gates that he denoted we paid for. Half of the work was completed and he never returned. He capped our fence after calling multiple times and asking him when he was coming. He only installed the fence and never installed the gates.
We saw him locally in town we asked him personally when he was going to be by our house, and he said that he already had our gates purchased and that he would be there that week! It has now been over 4 months and he never returned, forcing myself and my family to then contact the Department of Consumer Affairs in CT to seek a resolution or to have a receipt produced of what products we paid for.
We went under contract with him without being informed from local companies that he is not licensed, so I now have an incomplete fence and have to find someone to finish the job. Get this, he then had the audacity to show up to my neighbors house to quote them for a fence that they want it installed and never finished mine. I've now read previous posts, this was an amateur move on my end to not do the research on this business.
If I would've known such I would've never hired an unprofessional individual who broke his own contract. I would love to upload all of the emails, voicemails, and texts we've sent him, but I wont go there. Steer clear of him!

We just had our vinyl fence installed along the main road on the side of our property and Vinnie did an amazing job! Even though there was a delay in doing the job since he was so busy. He made up for that by putting in very hard work around the difficult rain schedule and made sure that we had a very secure fence. Beautiful design and it looks amazing from the road or when looking at it from our house. I would recommend him to do any fencing or railing project. Thanks Vinnie.

East Coast Vinyl installed a large vinyl fence for our new house. It's beautiful. They use top quality vinyl. Unlike the vinyl you get from the big box stores. Shop around and you will see the difference. Professional, prompt, courteous. What can we say? Being in a new house we have utilized many different contractors. East Coast Vinyl stands head and shoulders above all of them.

Vinny and his guys installed a vinyl fence in my backyard 7/2018. Vinny was upfront on pricing and installed fence in a timely manner. However as soon as I paid him he stopped answering my phone calls about a gate that started to sag. I've been reaching out to him for almost 2 years now and did not want to write a bad review because of my Initial experience but it's obvious he does not care to fix any issues after install. I will update my review if anything changes.

Vinnie and his crew did a fabulous job with our fence. We enclosed our back yard and had two safety gates with lock as well. Highly recommend him for the job. I used him about 10 years ago to fence in the pool and that fence still look great today with no problems. Not your big warehouse fence, his fence is built to last.

I can not say enough about Vinnie and his crew! From the first meeting with the quote to the finish! The fence looks amazing. He gave me my options and went over everything with me. A few weeks after job was complete I had him return and add more fencing.(my beagle was an escape artist with the neighbors fence) he completed that quickly! He was able to work with my budget. I could not be happier and my three dogs (two st. Bernard's and the beagle) are happy and safe! Highly recommend them!
