Do not use this company, we order window for our home price was doubled after job was done.even though we signed the fix price. After installing the windows before we make final payment we check all the windows, we found some issues we reported them. They send someone who never came there before who took three to four weeks to finish they charged us for that.

In my opinion this company was very professional with there work installing the windows. The windows were very high quality and pretty much blocked out the noise and did block out any drafts. The windows look amazing and well worth the price, highly recommend.

It's so refreshing to have a big job done at the house and have no stress. The installation happened the day they promised, the installers explained everything they were doing for us. They finished quickly and our new windows work properly, no more drafts and they look great! Would definitely use them again.

The people at Classic Openings are a delight to work with. Jack Kelcher and Jonathan Parks guided me through two major window projects, one for a new house with 63 windows and ten glass doors - all Weathershield contemporary, many trapezoidal, most of them very large. The second project was a replacement of all windows and doors in a renovation. The Classic Openings team patiently handled the complexity, the two architects, two builders, the owners, the shippers, and made it a huge success. Bravo guys.

THANK GOODNESS FOR CLASSIC OPENINGS I have a little old house built in the 40s and my old windows leaked like a sieve! The house is less than 1000 square feet and my electric bill was HUGE. Something had to be done. A friend recommended Classic Openings, so I gave them a call. They were able to send a salesperson out the next day. He was kind, courteous and professional.

In less than an hour he was able to measure all my windows and had a quote tailor made for my needs by the end of the day. Prudence required I get other bids, but it was a waste of time. No one came close. I pulled the trigger and work began. The install crew again were courteous and professional. They had the job done in half the time I expected.

When the job was done you could not tell they had been there. Except of course for the FABULOUS new windows. Not only did they look great and work with ease, but the sound reduction was amazing. Now the best part.my electric bill was reduced by almost HALF! These windows will pay for themselves in no time. I highly highly recommend Classic Openings. GREAT JOB.GREAT PRICE.GREAT PERFORMANCE! Do not use this company price was doubled after the job was "done" the job it self was poorly done and we have to call in another company to fix not only the window but also the tile they kept dropping material on. The owner makes up excuses and refuses to even come look at the job.

After ordering a door for our back deck and being quoted to install, adjusting hardware and locks, re-installation of existing trim materials (which they did not do), caulking and sealants as necessary and to provide an air and water tight seal. This DID NOT happen! Classic Openings took a drawer from my bar to match the stain for the inside of the door.

The drawer was lost for 3 weeks and they did not stain the door. When the installer arrived the door was not stained (much to my dismay) upon which the installer informed me that I would have to pay and an additional $600 to have the door installed, which I had already paid for in the original quote. This door was installed at the first of November and is already off the track.

I had to pay someone to come stain the door and put the original trim back on. The gentleman that stained the door spent hours taping everything in the den off because I did not want him to take the door down. Therefore, their poor installation is the reason it is now off the tracks and I am going to have to hire someone to put the door back on the tracks, after paying Classic Opeings a total $6,373.80, I am now going to have to spend more money. Let me sum this up in a nut shell. Anyone considering using Classic Openings DON'T! Randy Arnold

Awful. They give you one price and then change it later. They are very unethical. We will never use them again.
