Dyplast Products Polyisocyanurate insulation is the superior insulation for low and mid-temperature applications. Dyplast's polyiso is sold as buns variable sizing, insulation board, chunk, or block insulation in a range of densities 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 6 lb/ft 3 and dimensions. Custom shapes, such as for pipe insulation, are available through our network of fabricators.
Services
We manufacture ISO-C1 polyisocyanurate as large buns, and subsequently fabricate into insulation panels, pipe insulation, or equipment insulation. Our ISO-C1 polyiso insulation has superior physical characteristics, excellent water and moisture resistance, high R-factor, and zero ozone depletion potential (zero-ODP) - - making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice.
Our ISO-C1 (Class 1) and ISO-HT (higher temperature) polyiso rigid foam equipment insulation is produced as large bunstock and can therefore be fabricated into virtually any shape or size to fit pipe or other mechanical components. Both ISO-C1 (-297F to +300F) and ISO-HT (-297F to 375F) polyisocyanurate pipe insulation is ideally suited for the commercial and industrial insulation applications.
ISO-C1 Polyiso insulation is manufactured as large bunstock which can be then cut into sheets of variable widths, thickness, and length. For instance, ISO-C1 (2 lb/ft3 density) can be as wide as 52 inches (132 cm) with lengths to 24 feet (7.3 m), and customized longer lengths may be possible. Our fabrication shop is capable of cutting sheet stock to any thickness, as thin as 0.125" (0.32 cm) thick, with +/- 0.03125" (0.078 cm) tolerances, making our cut sheet products ideal for demanding applications.
The Possibilities are Unlimited! Dyplast Composites manufactures its ISO-CF polyiso and Dyplast EPS in an extensive array of standard and custom composite foam core blocks, sheets and special cut shapes for structural foam core applications compatiable with virtually all composite substrates and adhesives.
