Ordered rock for our company and first the lime stone was covered in mud but I was fine with it. Then the driver comes and we ask him to place the rock a certain way and he does opposite. Puts muddy rock all over our new white rock and now we have to move the rock 10.rimes further then we would have had to. I call Dunco Lakeland and say I hate to complain but maybe let driver know to listen a little better to customer. Michelle pauses and after an annoyed sigh I get a I will try to talk to him. A simple I apologize would go a long way. Rude and unprofessional for the money I just spent.
