Waited for 90 minutes for a door. FCFS. Once in door waited another 90 minutes before they started loading me. Locked me in and went on break. Even though they all just came back from a break.? Appears they ship out of one door and receive out of another. Fairly inefficient from what I see here. People seemed put out that I was there. Not very motivated. Went in to remind them I was there. Then about 15 minutes later they started loading me. Probably not a place I would frequent. Told me later they were talking to the boss. For over an hour!

By the time I get my bills it will be over 4 hours. FCFS, but loaded out of order. Claimed they had a pallet stuck in a rack. 10 minute restack at best. Lazy workers with poor excuses.

Nice and efficient staff. I got loaded in less than an hour. A little bit tight to maneuver if dock #2 it's occupied at the time you are there.

Nice people. A little slow, but they only load out of 1 door and load as product is packaged. You want to come in from 57th to the north so that you can back into the dock from the street.

Hot there at 630 am didn't start unloading until 8 am but is fcfs so be there early i saw trucks parked outside on the street unloading process average
