I needed exterior stair railings and Drews Iron & Fencing sent me a picture of a railing which was exactly what I wanted. They gave me an estimate when they came out to measure. Informed me that it would take a few weeks before the installation. I truly understand why they are busy. The installation and the product looks great. And the price was fair.

In fact I thought it would cost more because the although railing is not plain it looks classy. A neighbor has asked me for the companies information. I would definitely refer them to others who need railing work.

Wow. They did a great job putting in a window box. Competitive price. They also fix a problem with our security gate. Then they went bad. Did not return calls about another project. Well, actually they did--late Sunday night. So, they have done good work, but totally unreliable and usually unresponsive

I think the low ratings on this company are just old because I had a great experience with them. Called to have them replace the railing going alongside my front steps. Mike came out quickly to do the estimate, which he sent in writing, and told me it would be 4-6 weeks to create and install. They were right on the mark, came, installed the railing in about an hour, and it looks beautiful. Would absolutely do business with them again!

Rob made window guards for my SIL and Daughter's property in Fishtown. Easy to work with Rob who does beautiful work for a fair price! Highly recommend Drew's Iron & Fencing.

They fixed our railing that was damaged from a car crash. They did beautiful work. Rob and his team are very professional. It was difficult to get in touch at first, left a few voicemails before hearing back -- but in the end we are very pleased with the work.

The workmanship was great and I am happy with the result (window bars for basement). However, the communication and service could be better - no real system for sending sample pictures, did not give me a clear timeline, did not call when she said she would to let me know about the install, stuff like that. And then asked if I could pay the invoice within a few hours so she could close her books. If that was improved I would give it 5 stars.

Owner Rob and his assistant Dennis did a magnificent job on inside security bars for 5 of my home's windows in Spring 2016. Rob came out and did a thorough consultation with me while taking measurements. He didn't try to up-sell me on ordering bars that were more expensive than the slightly cheaper ones that would adequately meet my needs.

My bars were ready sooner than they estimated and Rob and Dennis came and installed them superbly. They were careful, respectful and neat with the installation. No scratches or damage to any part of the installation area. They also cleaned up after themselves and patched up any holes in the window frame. I was so impressed with the overall customer service and the quality of the workmanship on the bars and the installation that I had them come back summer of 2016 and install a back door security gate for me that they also custom made for my house. These guys are aces! I love my window guards and gate. I've since recommended them to family.

I ordered a railing from this company I paid $200 half of the total job cost. Was told it would take about 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I heard nothing from them. I called both numbers, mail boxes full. I emailed no response. Called few more times and left messages, texted still have not heard from them.

Very happy with the wrought iron Victorian mailbox that I purchased. The workmanship and quality is of the highest standards. They were easy to work and communicate with. I highly recommend Drews Ironworks.

First took to long to complete job, then not even close to what I expected. Iron bars white but multiple scratches. Not even attempted to fix and make a client happy. Just an apology.
