Dodson Wholesale Lumber

We employ five salesmen, with a combined 100 years plus experience in the lumber industry, selling our products. We do not employ outside salesmen and do the majority of our business by phone. Each salesman is responsible for his own customer and we strongly emphasize relationship business. We have many customers that have been doing business with us for over twenty years and trust us to deliver the right product on time and in full. We employ a full time EWP specialist who draws and designs floor systems (example drawing) using Auto-CAD.

Dodson Lumber is the sole distributor for Roseburg Forest Product's Engineered Wood Products (EWP) in New Mexico and West Texas. We carry a full line of I-Joists, LVLs, Rimboard, and associated Simpson Strong-Tie connectors. We are also the sole distributor for TrimJoist's open web floor system, Armadillo Composite Decking and accessories, Collins Co. TruWood siding and trim, and we handle most of the Stimson Lumber Company product line. We stock speciality lumber floorings, speciality lumber paneling, sanded softwood and hardwood plywood, treated lumber, redwood, and cedar.

Dodson Lumber provides our customers with a complete offering of Engineered Wood Products (EWP). We carry the three major components of the Roseburg Framing System in addition to TrimJoist's open web truss system. The Roseburg Framing System offers one of the most complete framing packages available from a single manufacturing supplier today.

Dodson Lumber carries a wide variety of dimensional lumber and 1" boards - the "bread and butter" of our business. We stock multiple dimensions in Douglas & Hem Fir, White Woods, S-P-F, Yellow Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Sugar Pine, and Treated Yellow Pine - all available in a range of common lengths, widths, and thickness.
