The driver got his rear wheel stuck deep in our dirt driveway for over an hour causing a list of issues. The drive didn't listen to my husband to wait to get it towed out, kept driving further into a whole, almost rolled onto out neighbor's fence/house. He broke a water line, flooded the pad, the driver would not add water to the cement which started to set. Then, when they had to dump the load in place to make the truck light enough to pull the truck out, it left a huge mess for us to try and salvage.

Instead of the company giving us a refund or trying to make it right, they said that there was nothing they could do, that it was our fault and they didn't answer my messages after that. We're beyond frustrated!

About two weeks ago they were pouring a foundation nextdoor to my house. In the process their cement truck hit and broke a tree in my front yard. I saw them drag the large branch behind the house and expected a knock on my door to tell me what happened. They did not contact me. My husband called them explaining what happened and they sent someone out. All the guy did was say his guys would not of gotten that close but he would go back and talk to the guys to see what happened. We still have not heard back.

The truck drivers are very dangerous every morning. I would never hire a company that does not make sure all drivers are driving safe.

Had a pad poured. Had pad compacted and reinforced by a professional outfit. Finish came out very nice within a few months the concrete started to have hairline cracks. Within a yr in had cracks jumping the joints. Had multiple opinions every single one of them said it was definitely from a "HOTLOAD" which is concrete that had been sitting in the truck for to long I paid alot of money for fresh concrete. I obviously got ripped off

I'm an independent owner-operator ASAP concrete delivery and pumping. I buy 95% of my concrete there. And they are an excellent company to get deliveries from as well. and they treat us very very good.

Yesterday we had called this company to place an order for concrete today. They recorded our order and gave us a quote. The delivery was scheduled for today. An hour after they were supposed to be at the job site and weren't, we called them. They had ZERO record of our phone call or order. Apparently, they don't use a computer system for orders, they use a pen and paper.

So we lose money while they're passing around post-its. We will not do business with them, nor will we recommend others to use their service. They may offer lower prices than other companies, but their service and quality of work is seriously below par.
