I purchased four boards that were supposed to be furniture grade. I had someone else pick them up for me. When I received the boards one of them was a little bit scuffed up had a big mark of checking in it and on top of everything it was bowed to build a ship. it's 45 minutes in each direction and I had to go back and exchange out a bad board that was supposed to be furniture grade.

There was no type of compensation even offered nor did I ask I thought someone should have done the right thing and tried to do something to make things right with me. So check your number before leaving because furniture grade means crack checked bowed.

Called and placed an order, was told we'll call you when it's done. Three weeks go by so I called to check on my order, "sorry we don't have that order in our books." Maybe they should write down the order when it's placed and it'll get done!

Finished these myself. Bought all the doors and trim from them

Treated me great, got to pick out good boards, and my wallet felt pretty good afterwards. I also like the relaxed no pressure attitude.

I've been going to Denoon for 10+ years now. The quality of there rough cut lumber is excellent. It's always a fresh clean and organized pile. I've bought green boards for trailers, and lean to's, I've bought lots and lots of board feet of rough lumber, and I've bought all the trim for my house. I've never once thought I got a junk board. Anyone buying lumber knows that a rarity these days. 100% top notch product. The sales staff is very friendly, smart, and always happy to help.

I've been dealing with Denoon for many years now. We used their green rough cut oak and poplar for my Dads Church (Lighthouse Chapel) in Navarre, then on my business (Burtzland Outfitters) a gun shop here in Alliance. I am now purchasing enough to do Wellspring Bible Church in the Carnation mall. They have the best prices around are have always been accommodating. They also deliver cheap!
