I really wish I could give it 0 stars. Buyer beware. After you initially go through the sales process- be prepared for complete lack of communication for repairs and even general customer service regarding simple questions. I have been requesting a buy-off quote for our forklift for over a month. They will tell you, you need to contact their financial institution DLL, which will keep looping you in circles. One month still no quote. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- it has been a nightmare because apparently no one knows how to generate a payoff quote.
