Agent that worked with us was very professional and advised us how we should proceed with getting these repairs squared away They took care of the hassle with dealing with the insurance never had to call them. My experience with CSF Exteriors was seamless from start to finish after some storm damage to my roof. Senior Project Manager David Blas was a pleasure to work. His experience, knowledge, and honest feedback ensured there were no surprises and I always knew exactly what I would be getting. David even worked with my insurance company to point out some damage they did not originally catch which resulted in new gutters and downspouts for me too.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From my very first encounter with Dave, who was my service representative, to my last day of paying the final bill, I received excellent service! Dave was thorough in his inspection of my home after storm damage. He made everything very easy for me by meeting with my insurance adjuster and walking me through how everything would be done, and helping me pick out shingle colors when I couldn't make a decision!

He always kept me up to date with what was going on with my project, timing of things, etc., and went above and beyond by giving advice on a few other minor repairs I needed done that weren't caused by the storm. He was wonderful to work with. I was very impressed with how organized and how every detail of the installation of each item, roof, windows and gutters, was handled.

The workmanship was perfect. I have not had to call back for any problems but I have no doubt that if I have a problem, it would be taken care of immediately. The customer service of this company is amazing! I also got to meet the owner and was very impressed with his honesty, his commitment to excellent customer service and high quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get home repairs or updates done to your home!

I had to work with David long distance as I am in Houston and the work had to be done on my Mom's home in Omaha. There was extensive damage to her home and my mom (87 with slight dementia) and I needed immediate repairs done. From the moment we met David to discuss the repairs, we TRUSTED him. For anyone in my predicament, with an aging parent and finding someone you can truly entrust with the scope of work on this project - and from long distance, knows how meaningful and impactful for us to find David and not have one single worry the entire time during the project.

Where do I start? Lina Romero (Senior Project Manager) along with the painting and roofing crew did a bang up job (pun). From the initial consultation to the last shingle placed to the final touch up paint completed, CSF is the company you need. Lina was open, honest and clear with all communications that took place. We had CSF Exteriors out because of some wet spots on a ceiling. Ryan was here quickly and on time. He did a thorough investigation of the source and made necessary repairs without pressing us to do more than what was needed. We will definitely be using them again if we have roofing issues

Mike Leuck helped us restore our home after the storm damage last year. He replaced roof shingles, down spouts and painted a side of the house. He also helped with some of the siding work. Mike was very professional and provided great customer service. He was always on time.

Mike is everything you want when dealing with a contractor, he is responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, and will make sure you are taken care of NOT taken advantage of. Lina Romero at CSF Exteriors has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond my expectations. She coordinated all the work that needed completed after the hail storm, checked on crews during and after the work was complete. She also worked with insurance more than other vendors I have previously worked with. To top it off, she had another curveball of COVID material shortages she had to deal with. She kept me updated the entire time and got the work done as quickly as possible.
