Luis and his team are true professionals. I contacted them 4 days before the Xmas/ New Years holiday to complete a Quartz fabrication and install in a large master bath renovation at my High rise intracoastal condo. They had their crew out in 1 day to measure and even with the days off completed the job in 2 weeks. Fantastic workmanship and customer service. Jessica kept me up to date and had my install scheduled within days of the initial contact. The best in Palm Beach! Thank you Ceation Marble!

They weren't very cordial and didn't care much for my business, but Empire up the road, the owner actually came to my condo to measure and the Merritt Services owner Clayton was there and they both made a good contact. Merritt Services was looking for a supplier if granite and they were both young and not burned out. Good contacts for each other and I am getting a small Xtra space with granite. The guy that originally did my granite never came back.

From the moment I walked into the door to their showroom I was greeted with courtesy. Jessica was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable in the process of picking out the perfect piece of stone and providing me with an accurate estimate. The timeline that was given to me for the whole process of measuring, fabricating and installing was expedited quickly and accurately.

The owner actually came to my house on installation day to bring me braces for my countertop which I had forgotten to purchase. Everyone that I came in contact with at Creation from the location workers, the owner, Jessica and Mary the office assistants, the young man who came out to measure and the installation crews were reliable, efficient and courteous. Working with Creation Marble was a truly pleasurable experience and I highly recommend them.

I've had the pleasure of working with both Mary and Jessica at Creation Marble for the past few years on a number of renovation projects. These are the only guys to use for countertops. The professionalism started with the template and continued through the install. Our kitchen configuration made for a difficult install but they tackled it with no problem. Great communication with Mari & Jessica who both helped get the job done. The whole team were of great help to us and made the whole project much easier. I just completed my second project with Creation Marble. We renovated a kitchen five years ago, and just renovated two bathrooms. I used Creation Marble because they came highly recommended by a designer friend who uses them on a regular bases. Although my kitchen was not a large project, Creation Marble took care of everything from, helpings us select the right product for our kitchen, to placing the templates on the slabs before it was cut so my wife and I could have a visual of what the kitchen would look like.

The staff was happy to answer all of our questions about the seam locations and the flow of the material in a pleasant and professional manner. Very pleased with the entire process of restoring my kitchen. From the friendly staff to the quality and craftsmanship of the granite. I will definitely go back to Creation Marble for future upgrades to my home.

I dealt with Ashley and she was pleasant and helpful all the way through. I was recommended to come here by the place where I bought my tile. She walked us through the yard of slabs and we went with a recycled glass counter top. We also purchased our sink though them and had it undermounted. It looks so nice! The measurement went great and they let me pay in cash. The instalaton went really well also, my husband was impressed, but noted that they may have been in a rush. We love our counter tops and would recomend them.

Creation Marble was an absolute pleasure to work with. In reading the other review, It's unfortunate that one person has had an uncomfortable experience but I can say, if it's just one in 20+ years, that's not too shabby! I have 11+ years experience in natural stone/quartz counter tops in new construction and remodels, and I can assure you that Creation Marble's fabrication is top-notch.

I have not seen such detail and skill in one fabrication team. I know that when I want counter tops or any piece of stone fabricated, that Creation Marble will not only be affordable but worth every penny! I have done numerous jobs with them and have yet to run into any snags that weren't handled quickly, efficiently, and with my best interest in mind. GREAT COMPANY! This is a very reputable company, but I had nothing but problems with installation. I had granite countertops put in the master bath and shower sills as we were installing a frameless shower. One of the backsplash has a stain from the cement on the back of the backsplash. The shower sills had to be replaced 3 times as there were cement stains that kept leaking throug.

When I presented a question as to WHY the cement was leaking through the owner and his arrogant brother said it was normal and it was only water. Ashley who handed all of the problems was great. I finally had to tell them what to do.keep sealing the bottom of the granite until there could be no staining. This worked, but I have granite that does not really look good as we had to use the remnants of what was left. There are other granite installers.
