So I applied for the warehouse position at the Santafe springs location and all went well I did 2 interviews and received the acceptance letter all was well until I had phone trouble, witch I might add is the only access to online services that I have being that I can't afford a computer or WiFi. I was not able to see the email so when I did get the phone to work I rushed and read the email wrong I thought I had an appointment like normal jobs would have given.

But instead it was a due by appointment smh. I missed the appointment by the facility not getting me in in time. I arrived an hour and some early from the due time the counter assistant calls me up after an hour of waiting and explained it was too late the passport expired. Now no one at composites one was trying to hear what happened it's just you missed the appointment.

Like I was trying to get passed the testing or idk what they thought because no one will talk to me. I get a muffled message on my broken phone it was nice to meet you and good luck on your future, wait what happened can I explain my side. None of the emails for corporate work and all numbers I had was no longer working smh. I feel that I didn't get a fair opportunity no one planned on this happening but it did and it's all my fault I guess but they claim to be an equal opportunity and fair employer.

When can I reapply or who compensates me for the 4 months of gas and time and money I spent to get this job. Now I have a six month gap and broke looking for another job because I had a unplanned event that lead to me not getting the job

I have been buying composite material from Advanced West and Graphite Masters for three decades. I have purchased more than 20,000 rolls of glass materials from these distributors. Two years ago, I called Composite One, because Advanced West was waiting for a new shipment from Canada. No one ever came to see me or called me back. This week, I called them again because my two distributors were out of the product I needed.

A young woman, with no knowledge of their products called me back. I told her exactly what I wanted and that I would like her to bring me a sample of the glass product. Being a millennial, all she kept asking me for was my email address. I told her my company was 50 years old and that we refuse to have an email address. We require every customer in the U.S. and Canada to call us for information or to place an order. Next, I called the company again and asked to speak to the sales manager.

By the time he called me back, the sales rep had complained to him that I had given her a hard time. All I asked for was a one foot sample of a two inch tape. The sales manger gave me a hard time instead of taking over the situation and sending me a sample. Next, I called the headquarters in Arlington Heights, Il. One of the national managers was no better than the Santa Fe Springs manager.

He told me to buy my composite materials from another company. My two year experience with this company has taught me one thing, the incompetence goes all the way to the top of Composite One. I would fire any sales person that treated a customer the way that the two Composite One managers treated me. They pay some young woman to find customers, and she has no clue what to do when the customer finds her.
