Great customer service, they had everything I needed and I didn't spend all day looking, they offered assistance as soon as I walked in!

It's a good place to shop for you home improvement projects, and a great place to work.

One of the best lumberyard/hardware stores in the country. Run by a great, Christian family & it's very apparent that their values are upheld by their employees!

Have been buying lumber material there for 30 years. Good service and will work with you to get the material you need when you need it. Phil Kennedy, James Newton and the rest of the gang do their best to make me happy.

I moved into a new construction home that had a one year warranty that was floored by the Carpet One section of Comanche Home Center. Within 4 months, I had a floor tile that had come loose in my guest bathroom. Stuff happens, and I wasn't too concerned about the one tile. I've been trying to get Carpet One to come out and fix the work for over a month now.

They tell me they are going to come and fix it, and nothing. They tell me they are going to call me back, and nothing. I was finally able to get ahold of the installation supervisor, and he seemed surprised that my repair work hadn't yet been accomplished. He specifically told me he would look into the matter and call me back the next day. That was 5 days ago.

They are either really terrible at business management, or try their hardest to duck jobs that don't bring in money such as warrantied repair work. If you are considering them for your flooring, I would look elsewhere.
