I called the office to schedule an appointment for originally 230 pm to have a key made for my car in Astoria on site. I called back at 1155am to ask if the tech would be available by 130pm instead as I was on my lunch hour. " The Boss" put me on hold for a 1 minute, came back and said " No problem". 130pm I am at the location waiting for the Tech.
Call me crazy for being on time and expecting others to be professional as well. At 140 pm I called the office to ask where the tech is. " The Boss" tried calling and said he cannot reach him. Tech calls me a minute later ( barely speaking English) to tell me he is 30 minutes away after he is over 10 minutes late! I tell tech I will call his boss to reschedule. Tech hangs up.
I call back the " Boss " to ask if tech can come later. " Boss " tells me the tech " does not want to work for me and I should call someone else".Probably the only thing they did right in this situation. If I could give them a minus 10 stars I would. It was amateur hour out here today. Please avoid this guys and call a real locksmith who cares about their business and acts like a professional. These guys will not be around long. Not conducting business like this.

Very pleased with their service. I called and 20 minutes later the guy was here and unlocked my door in minutes. The price is "19$ to send the guy to your place plus the charge for whatever has to be done. When he gets there he will see and tell you the total before he does any work." To pick my bedroom door lock it was 95$, plus the 19$ for him just arriving to me, the total was 114$. They know you'll pay anything when you're desperate. I'm just happy this was so efficient.
