Cody Overhead Door

No hassles no worries. Great service. We got caught in the great 'supply chain' / Covid mess so our door took 8 months to arrive after ordering, but other than that we love it.

I've used Cody Overhead Door for several garage doors, new installs, repairs, etc, and their service is OUTSTANDING! Spencer, their service tech, is on-time, very friendly and very hardworking. Cody Overhead Door has ALL my business!

Our garage door spring broke making the door inoperable. I contacted cody overhead door and they showed up the next business day to provide a temporary repair and order the new spring. Within days the new spring arrived and they returned and installed it. The door works like new. The customer service and repairs were very professional.

Just had a garage door installed by Cody Overhead Door, and Curt (the owner i believe) was fantastic. I purchased the door months ago, but because of supply chain issues had to wait - thank you Covid19. It recently showed up, early mind you, and Curt and another guy had it installed within a couple hours. After they installed it, they even cleaned my garage up a little and put things back - those are little things, but shows a high degree of conscientiousness. No question, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.5 stars all the way!

We have dealt with Cody Overhead Door quite a few times through the years. Their service is prompt and professional. When they service our garage doors we know the work has been done properly. I highly recommend doing business with Cody Overhead Door.

Didn't notify me when they were coming after I told them they needed to let me know ahead of time when they were coming. Called me when they were 2 minutes from my house. I obviously missed their call because I was at work, now they refuse to answer my phone calls. Lol.

Cody Overhead Door is a long standing business in Cody but is now under new ownership and their current service and pricing is terrible. I recently had them take down and then reinstall a shop door during a remodel project. The estimate for this job was a couple man-hours on each side of the project. The take down project went as planned although they tried to charge me a full day rental ($275) for the use of their own lift.

At the conclusion of the remodel, it took numerous calls without them returning my calls to get them to come back out. Finally, they showed up after several weeks. The charge to put the door back up was $883 and had 8 manhours of labor. They refused to modify their bill and honor their estimate. Buyer beware. Cody Overhead Door is not the company it used to be.

I showed them our broken garage door spring and they came and fixed it in 20 minutes and our door works perfect again! They also recently took off our 10 year old faded and chipped weather stripping and installed new weather stripping on our doors and it looks great! Cody Overhead Door has super friendly staff. Between total lack of communication with the company and the poor framing job. I am not impressed at all. the door itself seems to function fine as of now but we are now left with a 2 gap sticking out beyond the walls of our garage that we have to try and cut down without cutting anything else, and while being on a ladder 10' up. this is just so that we can try to put siding over the bare wood so that it does not rot.

I have contacted the company and they said it is normal. also, once they have your 50%, expect to call them multiple times to find out if/when they will be out. they say they will call back within a day (they cant see the techs schedule) but you will have to call them back.trust me.

We had three doors and three openers replaced. Great price and the techs were the best! They are very conscientious and made sure we were completely satisfied. I have recommended them to two other neighbors in the market for garage doors.

I have to be honest here when giving a review because it is important to understand the services of a company when you consider working with them. So in that regard I can honestly say i was more than pleased with the service I got for Overhead Doors. I initially contacted them to fix the on going problem with my 50 year old garage doors. One of the installers came over and really tried to make things right but it was time to just shot the darn thing.

In the end I got new doors. When the guys came over to install them I was pleased with their skill and pleasant manner. I think they are the best and if I ever need to get garage doors again they would certainly get my business. John Choich - Cody

The product was very good. Did a great installation job. I felt the total price was very fair.

Kurt came the other day and fixed my door. he was wonderful, fast, thorough and fun. I'm 75 and he cleared my driveway for me. Way over and above service I've received before. Merry Christmas and thank you.

Great service from beginning to end, from selecting colors and design to installation and clean up! I was able to use their program to see how different colors would look on our garage. The guys explained about programing and I was comfortable with operation when they left. Excellent service. I would recommend them for any job!

We have been trying to get Cody Overhead Door to repair our large shop door for 3 months. In the middle of a Wyoming storm and still hasn't been repaired
