Coastal Glass & Mirror

I had them come to my house for a glass replacement, the gentleman gave me a quote, while he did not leave me the paperwork I do have the record of them calling me for the appointment. When I have called back to move forward with ordering the glass the person answering the phone told me that they do not have the paperwork and was fairly rude. I would not recommend calling them for any work.

They did a wonderful job on installing my mirrors. I could not have asked for more. The installer was so personable and professional. I have had many mirror and glass installations in the past and this was the best of the best. Lastly the price was actually half what some other businesses wanted. They are real artists!

We needed a made to order glass countertop for a bathroom vanity. They gave us just what we wanted at a good price and quick. Friendly people, too. Thanks!

This is a fantastic place to do business with. I recommend highly. We needed to replace glass on an end table. They did it while we waited (about 5 minutes). Very fair price also.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! ZERO customer service. Abrasive management, Faulty Glass Cutting, Zero craftsmanship, Installers are novice level, damages to existing glass, ZERO Customer service, Abrasive & Aggressive Management, Absentee Owner, ZERO Quality of Service/experience. RUN! So many other reputable glass companies with better ratings!

Trust the ratings as I should have. This company is borderline criminal based on what I've heard and now experienced. They will take your money, fail your job, deliver faulty work and pathetic service then most refuse to discuss, let alone fix it. SCAM!

After contacting several glass shops in the area that gave a range of prices and times, I thought let me stop here on my way home from work. Amazing. I walked in the open door out back in error.staff said that's ok. How can we help you. the man working on glass out back looked up and said "give me 5 min". He cut, buffed and polished my piece at a great price and fast service. Will definitely use them again

We had shower enclosures installed in our two bathrooms. While we had some minor issues which needed to be corrected, Coastal showed great customer service and professionalism in correcting these matters efficiently. Tony was outstanding and he/Coastal exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value of products and services provided. Highly recommend Coastal for any of your glass requirements. It should have been such a simple transaction. A small piece of insulated glass that was shattered in the storm. It was estimated to be installed in 5 days after the order. Instead it is now over 30 days later. I have been lied to and outright ignored. Their employee Tony, should not be employed in any position where he deals with the public. He doesn't return calls and just plain outright lies. Worst customer service EVER!

I still do not have my glass and will go elsewhere. I even took the morning off after a 9am appointment was made. They never showed. I called twice between 9am and 11am and the liar/coward never called. If you like overpriced glass, being ignored and lied to, then this is your place. This company should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST! You have been warned. Update: 10/24/2017 I received a refund check for my purchase 33 days after they charged me. Ironically they spelled my name wrong. You would have to be a fool to give your money to these people. Don't be a fool

Stay away from this company. Our rental agent hired Coastal to repair our sliding door. When we arrived a few weeks later the door was still in terrible shape and it appeared no real work had been done to it. We were grossly overcharged and they would offer no explanation as to what they had done to "fix" the door. We then had to hire and pay another contractor to actually repair the door properly. I would stay away from this company unless you want poor workmanship and inflated prices.
