City Builders Windows

Numerous issues with four season room and deck. Sliding doors are awful to use and lock. Personal injuries from this. Still no final inspection. Posted some pics on City Builders facebook page. I have called and emailed Dennis numerous times. Installation was poorly done, lack of knowledge on how to properly cut for things to line up. Will never use this company for anything again.

I worked with Annie recently to replace the window coverings in my new home. I cannot express how professional, punctual and wonderful working with Annie was. Everything came out perfectly - from install to finish. Trust Annie with your needs - she will take care of you.

"I worked with Jerry on remodeling my bath tub in our lower bathroom getting ready to sell my house. I wish I had before pictures, because oh my gosh does it look so much better! Jerry was able to do exactly what I wanted and go all the way to the ceiling. He said he usually doesn't do ceilings, but to save me some extra time he also paneled the top of the ceiling for me!

My husband and I reached out to City Builders after our sunroom had tremendous damage from a bad storm. We worked with both Al and Denny on the project and they were both exceptional to work with. We were able to build the room on a computer program which was a wonderful visual to have. Larry and Ann did our install and we were more than pleased with the installation.

We are very impressed with the insulation properties of our new room! It was very nice to have a woman on the working crew also. She was very meticulous and was always fine tuning things the way she would want the room built herself. Afterwards, she even went around with a mister clean sponge on the inside and outside to make it a clean, bright white again!

We really appreciated that. After they packed up they came back in to double check absolutely everything. We then worked with Annie on new solar roller shades to help the insulation properties of the room even more, and give it a beautiful decorative look. Thanks to the entire City Builders team for redoing our favorite area in the house. Highly recommend!

City Builders has been our go-to project company this summer! We first came to them to replace our gutters and were very pleased with that process and working with the installers. We then decided to return and purchase a sunroom from Denny! We worked with him on the project and were very pleased with being able to see the sunroom mapped out before it was built.

The installation was wonderful also but specifically because of Jon's attentiveness and being very meticulous, and Ryan's positive and extremely polite attitude. They involved us in the whole project! If they thought we weren't going to like how a certain part of the room was being built they made sure to ask us questions and build it to our liking!

Those types of installers mean a lot to us. We then worked with Annie to put sunroom blinds up. We chose a beautiful Twilight shade and the process was very easy, along with another great installer. Thanks City Builders for completing all our summer projects for us this year!

City Builders is a great company. We recently used them to fix a glass door on our sunroom. Their service and crew are the best. Not only they fixed the broken glass door but they cleaned the track and applied special silicone grease that made the door glide like a dream. Their labor price was reasonable. They happened to be in the area so they gave us a discount. Thanks Al.

I chose City Builders to have my sunroom roof finished and they gave me exactly what I asked for! My roof caved in last winter when the snow on it got to be too much. I had buckets in my sunroom catching water from it leaking so much! Denny came over and checked it out, and put on a beautiful white cathedral roof with a ceiling fan. The installation you can tell just by looking at the pictures that it was just beautiful.

I was able to go out and pick my own fan because I didn't want any blades and the room is so much prettier and brighter. I am more than happy with my new roof! I am currently working with City Builders to solve a walnut issue dropping on the roof, but I know I am in good hands! Thanks Denny for helping me repair my favorite room.

To say the least about City Builders is that they absolutely exceeded my expectations and then some. I called Denny to tell him right away while the installers were still here because I was just so happy! The new Okna slider windows in the breezeway are amazing. It is so nice to be able to open every window to finally have some breeze. My old windows were very old, junky and made of aluminum.

It was perfect timing for installation because the weather is just perfect to have them all open! I appreciated that they put tarps down so the mess was very easy to clean up and they didn't leave a trace of it behind. Here at 93.5 The Mix radio stations we are loyal customers of City Builders, their products and their employees! Our most recent work by them was 2 new Starmark Composit picture windows installed by Luther. The windows look fantastic and really brighten up the whole office! The cleanup was fantastic and we have no complaints! The other windows in our office were purchased from City Builders too and installed by Jon.

They've both have made us very happy with both installation processes. We were able to choose a beautiful thick white trim all around the windows that really make the windows stand out. My husband and I go to City Builders for everything that we need. Dwight has helped us do many windows in many of our properties, including my hair shop Razors Edge! Our new windows are nothing short of beautiful and it's the first thing customers compliment on when they walk in the salon. They notice they're quality and sharp appearance immediately. We bought our house years and years ago as just a starter house for us. We fell in love with it and never left! Originally we weren't going to do any work to it, but decided we wanted to replace some of our old windows in the second living room. We went with Starmark Composite windows from City Builders and they are absolutely stunning. They are so crisp and clean. Dwight came out and helped us and we're very happy with the work he did for us. Since we're planning to be here for the next 5 years I'm very happy we went ahead and decided to do the work. If we have any more work we'll be returning to City Builders!
