Champion Fence

I had this detestable company (a clear rip off team) put up a "fence" for me while I was out of town. When I returned, I found wood panels that were 1/4 " thin, posts that are 3x3 that were not put in concrete, nor were ANY of this cheap wood treated like it should have been. The fence did not last even two years. Most of the garbage wood rotted, split, fell, and disintegrated. DO NOT hire these people. They are only interested in finishing quickly, using the cheapest of material, and hiring cheap undocumented labor. This was an absolute nightmare and very costly.

We used Champion Fence to enclose our entire back yard around the pool. Due to a delay with pool installation, we had to cancel start time on 3 different occasions; however, the folks at Champion were understanding and willing to work with us. The day of installation, the crew was on time and worked the entire day to finish the job. The fence looks GREAT and the crew walked me around to ensure I was happy with the work. GREAT Company, Great Crew Leader! I would highly recommend!

We love our new fence from Champion! We were blown away by the service Cody provided to make sure we selected the perfect fence for our backyard. Then on installation day, Charlie and his crew kept us informed the entire time and worked tirelessly all day to install our fence. Work was efficient and professional and we could not be happier! Our trampoline hit our neighbors 4ft aluminum fence and dented 2 posts and 2 panels. We offered to pay for it and was quoted at $1,500. Since this was our neighbor's brand new fence, he wanted the same company to install it. My husband called the company and asked them to come down in their price and they refused saying it will take a lot of labor to remove and install the 2 new posts. Needless to say, it took them less than 20 minutes to remove and install the fence.

As a public school teacher, this company took half of my monthly paycheck for 20 minutes of work. They did not even cement the new posts down. We have to fence our yard in the next few months and will not use this company. Beware of paying too much and having the job not done properly if you use them.

I was in need of a new fence and I'm glad that I reached out to Champion to get it done. My new cedar fence looks amazing and very happy with the job that Charlie and his crew did! He walked me through every step and made sure everything met my needs. They showed up early and finished the job in a timely manner while still making sure they did quality work. I really thought I was getting a better fence than what I got, the first rep they sent out was great, informative and pleasant. The second, Mr Chicago, was not knowledgeable about the work, argumentative when we pointed out flaws in the fence and generally so grating, we opted to go with a different company to fence the rest of our acre property. Also, besides a few issues with the hardware for the fence that were not explained before purchasing, almost everything that didn't come prefabricated was rough cut with a chainsaw or done by hand so no support posts are level, several of the decorative pieces were split by screwing the screw in too hard.

I expected a little bit more skill for what I paid for. When the rep for the company came out to fix a few issues, many of the little things were ignored. Not saying they are a bad company but we didn't have the best experience.

I received quotes from 3 different fencing companies. champion was not the least expensive, but they were competitive and they "met me in the middle" reducing the difference in price to a very small amount. eric did the quote and greg lead the installation team. overall, they did a great job and they did it quickly and with quality materials. i had 3 gates installed and they all work flawlessly. the fence looks great and i'm very pleased with my choice and their work. now we are ready to pick up our puppy!

Jason and Jason were my fencing installers. They were very professional. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for a stock yard fence, that would help enable me to keep my chickens safe and secure! Jason made suggestions; and, before he actually installed the complete fence, he showed me what it would look like by putting up a small section.

Once I approved it, the two Jasons were hard at work and efficiently completed my fence. I love it! It is rustic looking too, which is what I was looking for. My chickens will love all that extra space! Thank you Jason and Jason and Champion Fence for building me a nicer fence than I ever hoped for.

I couldn't recommend Champion and there crew enough. From the first email to the day they finished, all staff members were prompt and professional. They did an aluminum fence and a wood fence on the left side of my house. As you can see, the newer fence on the left side of my house (lighter wood) is straight along the top going up the hill. Also, all fence posts are flush with the cross braces showing that no small detail went untouched. This is also the same with the aluminum. The darker fence on the right was not done by Champion and shows the difference between quality vs cheap pricing by competitors.

Greg and his crew came out and did great work! They started on time and completed our entire installation in a single day. We had an 8ft privacy fence installed and absolutely love it! Our dogs are loving all this freedom they can run and play. Definitely recommend them for your fence needs.

We had a 6 foot privacy fence installed in October of 2021. The crew that did the work was on time, friendly, and efficient. They did a fantastic job fencing on either side of a tree growing on the property line. It looks amazing! They also took extra time to dig out around our double gate so the door would swing open properly. I would highly recommend you use this company.

Had a great experience and great result working with Champion. Eric came out to do our estimate and then kept working with me to explore different design options. Finding a design we liked that worked with all the hills in our yard and our neighbors took some effort. Jason and his crew did great work building the fence and were very easy to work with.

We ran into a couple of challenges during construction but Eric and the team stepped up immediately to figure out answers, even at a cost to Champion, and in the end the fence is better than what we originally designed (now we just need to get on the landscaping.). I would use Champion again in a heartbeat.

I am so In love with my new aluminum fence from Champion Fence in Louisville, TN. This is my 3rd fence from them and they give top notch customer service every single time! I have to brag on Cody who came out and gave me the estimate. He is very well mannered, professional and great to work with! Juan and Junior (JR) were awesome! Junior knows his stuff when is comes to the fencing business! They worked like mad men to get it done and I am so happy with the finished product! Under the impression I would get a quality job. There has been good communication, but having to come for third time today. If you didn't look closely you would glance and say it looks good but up close you can see the imperfections.

We love our fence that Champion Fence of Knoxville put up, but will never use them again! You are suppose to build 2-8 inches apart from your neighbors fence, but if you use your neighbors fence your supposed to get permission. My neighbor didn't and when we questioned the company all they could say is we took your neighbors word for it that they got permission from you. Neighbors will not answer. I feel like the fence companies should get it in writing.

Champion is very popular fencing company in the area. My husband called to see if they could come give us a quote. They said that would come out this past Tuesday. I waited an hour and 45 minutes at my house and they never showed up. No call or anything.

Cody and his family are fair priced and very knowledgeable about the fencing business. I would highly recommend talking to these folks before you made any big decisions they might just earn your business.

Tony and his crew were very friendly, made sure the fence was installed exactly where we wanted it, and worked hard to the end to get it done quickly! They cleaned up well and we paid exactly what we were quoted! They are awesome! And thank you again!

Purchased an aluminum fence from Champion fence Company for our home. I am a landscape designer and use my property for clients to see different plant material in the landscape as I design for them. I'm giving this piece of information in this review because it was very important that this fence not only functioned as containment for my pups but complemented the gardens and extensive landscaped areas of the home. Tony brought a crew out and was here by 8 AM and did not leave until 830 that evening.

This crew of five men installed over an acre of aluminum fencing with six gates in 12 hours. Tony was instrumental in making suggestions to me concerning a rounded area that turned out fantastic thanks to his skill. The fence flows nicely and evenly with the lay of the land with no deviations from side to side orTop to bottom which creates a very flowing soft look to the fence.

Four or five people in the subdivision have stopped to tell us how this fence enhanced our property. Thank you champion fence and Tony for a beautiful fence and a job well done. Champion Fence did a great job with the fence at our new house. The entire process was great from getting a quote, to scheduling the installation, to having the crew did the work. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable and did quality work. The prices beat every other company we called. Nothing but great things to say about Tony and his crew and our wonderful new fence. We will definitely call Champion Fence for any fences we need on other properties!

We have now used Champion Fence twice. They have been prompt in responding and returning calls, Professional and provide excellent customer service. Our Installers Jason and Erick were punctual and professional. They did not rush through our fence build but were efficient and attentive to detail. They left behind a clean site and a quality product on a VERY hot day.

Champion even contacted us a few days prior to our scheduled date since they had an opening come available they asked we wanted the fence sooner. We took them up on it! In the past, Champion has come out to adjust a gate and fix a few panels that needed repair after the settling period at no additional cost and no arm twisting. I have recommended this company many times over the past 2 years.

A few things to know: dirt removal is available at a cost and you need to ask for it ( read the quote), they build the fence one post and panel at at time, and measure and cut their own arches correctly and evenly, and if you want gate handles, you need to ask. In the attached photos, the unstained was 3 days ago and the stained portion was installed 2 years ago. Still sturdy and intact. We went with the cypress wood.

Worst fence company I've EVER used. My fence didn't last, is only 1/4 of an inch thick, and the posts were not put in concrete. It's falling over from dry rot because they did not use pressure treated wood. They used sheets of pre fab fence that are poor quality. Lasted only 3 years. Too expensive for such a poor fence.

Josh and Wayne did a FANTASTIC job with the installation of our new privacy fence - fast, high quality, and super friendly. The company itself was wonderful to work with from start to finish, very clear on what they can and can't do per the contract terms, what kind of gates and latches, and what they handle. Worth every penny.

Beware! Several months ago we had a fence installed by champion. I want to make it clear that it was not completely a negative experience. The foreman Greg, was conscientious about construction of the fence. He was courteous and professional. However, when you are getting a quote from this company, especially if you are elderly or handicapped, ensure that debris removal or disposal to your trash can, the spreading of excess dirt, and gate handles are included in the quote.

I have worked in customer service for over three decades. I treat each customer as if they are a member of my own family. So, I'll look out for them as if I am related to them by blood. It is just the right thing to do. It's the after care experience that I have a problem with as a son of a repeat Champion customer who spent more than a couple thousand dollars most likely.

When I called Champion about what was not done, they were very quick to point out the terms of their contract after they had their money. My mother had ample room in her trashcan that was there to be seen on the driveway for the brush that they had to cut back. They left dirt in piles instead of spreading the dirt. They did install latches and hinges on the gates. However, it's pretty tall gate.

Especially for a 76-year-old lady when there is no handle to access the back yard. The fence was fresh wood that has just been put up. The driveway side gate in the process of settling because of expansion and contraction, would not close from the outside. The latch hindered closing the gate. It was impossible without a handle. I did call champion back and sent them pictures.

They advised they would send somebody out. I asked them why they did not install handles. They advised that it was not in the quote. This should be in the contract itself that they remove debris & place handles on the gates. This should be done at a minimum without a second thought. I went out and purchased handles on my own and installed them. As a general rule, when a company appears to be more concerned about the fine legal print in a contract instead of customer service, the appearance of that may be perceived by the consumer that what is legal is more important than what is ethical to a company. Do your homework with any company that would install a fence. Talk to other people about the fence that they had installed and what company did the work.

Great price and great quality fence! They truly care about being competitive in their market and deliver a great product at the same time. Our fence goes down a hill and they did a great job with it!

Exceptional quality fence and excellent installation. After the installation there were a couple of changes that I wanted done and they came out and quickly made the changes without charge. I couldn't have asked for a better fence installation job.

Well folks these are the fence guys you want. I searched and called around a good bit. Champion Fence - Joe Keefe and company seemed the best and wow were we happy we hired them. I asked for a privacy fence for a Mini Doodle puppy we were getting and Joe put in a Cypress beauty with copper finials. Really nice. So we decided to add more fence about another 300 feet of five foot black spiked fence. Done quickly and well.

Then we heard the Coyotes for the first time and they were close. (Coyotes I now know can jump a five foot fence and carry 25 pounds over.) so I called Joe to help protect the puppy. He and Junior came up with a plan to add a three foot row of spikes on my five foot wood fence. Actually looks really cool. But Coyotes like to dig under. So Junior and his helper dig a 14 slot in the packed clay around the 160 foot pen and buried more spikes and screwed them to the fence.

So it's going to be an ambitious coyote to tunnel under about three feet deep to get in and if they try to climb I suspect we will find a dead one on the spikes. Price was fair for all the work and materials. Very thoughtful, innovative and well executed. We could not have been happier. Yep these are your fence guys! Thanks again Joe and Junior! Well done!

I had a downed and damaged section of my fence, and I decided to use Champion to repair it. They did a great job! The crew came out and it only took about 45 mins to repair, and it looks great! Also they were a very affordable price for top notch work. I highly recommend them for a new fence or fence repair!
