I delivered a load. The receiving department is open 7 am to 7 pm. Employees I dealt with were friendly and nice. Unloaded in about an hour. There is a Loves truck stop and Marathon truck stop close by.

This company used to be really good for pickup. FCFS. Lately it is one of the worse. Will sit for hours, no respect for drivers time.

Tight squeeze in receiving, but just enough. Lots of space in shipping. Very efficient facility. Everyone is In and out, but may have to wait in line. So depends on how many in front of you, but looked like only about 15 min per truck. Rarely find a place this efficient!

Guard shack closed. For loading go through parking, stop in front of docks. Shipping office is to the left, next to 4 huge white tanks. For loading they need your DOT number as well. Loading is very fast, just 15 minutes. But first I was staying on dock for 4 hours although they told me load is ready. They loaded 5 local drivers, but all OTR trucks waited on docks for few hours. A little bit stupid. Like food companies loading reefers. Bathroom is to the left from shipping office window.
