Awesome place! Craig was amazing and very helpful, along with his crew. I had damage to a window and Craig got a new one next day and had it installed quickly and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Carriage crew kept me up to date about any changes and had me in and out. I highly recommend this business. Thank you!

Great service & honest people. Max has done a brilliant job with my truck. On top of it he backed his work by saying anything goes wrong bring it back anytime that's a big plus. This was my first time checking this place out. Detail took over 3 hours to complete, when they were "finished" my car was still dirty. one of the employees RIPPED my leather seat, left dirt between the seats and the gear shift and said "he couldn't reach it". there was dust all over my dashboard and in my air vents still. this work is not worth $120.

I do not recommend this place. you can go somewhere cheaper and have them do a better job. there were a lot of spots I had to point out for him to clean when he was "done". terrible experience.

We were desperate to have our window replaced due to it being shattered while its the week of Thanksgiving. This company had the glass and did an exceptional job. Craig was GREAT! I'm telling all my friends because the glass isn't from China. THIS IS A MUST USE COMPANY.

I brought my Infiniti Q50 to Carriage approximately two weeks ago. Craig is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of detailing, paint repair and glass repair. He also gave me some tips on cleaners I can use between visits to him. I'm beyond thrilled to have found this place and the coffee is great and the seating area is very comfortable. This is the first time I utilized their services for windshield replacement and I couldn't have made a better decision. Craig is amazing and extremely professional. I had a great experience here. They cleaned a very dirty car for a good price, and Craig is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I picked up the car we chatted a bit and he gave me a good recommendation for a cleaning product to use going forward. The waiting area is also very nice, with complimentary coffee and a TV. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I've been coming to Craig for nearly a decade. Mostly for car washes and they've been nothing but amazing! This time I came in for a windshield and they did a fantastic job! The install took about an hour and was as near as OEM as I could get without forking out dealership costs.

This review is to share our recent experience with Carriage Glass & Detail Co. (a.k.a Carriage Co.) and to advise the public on the poor technical standard of service, the uncivil manner of the owner, and the predatory nature of the business. On August 31, 2017, we brought our two (2) vehicles to Carriage Co. for interior service of the flooded flooring after the recent storm.

After communicating about the service detail, we paid $900, or $450 for each vehicle in full. However, when the vehicles were picked-up, numerous issues were noticed as a result of the service process upon inspection (see attached images) including but not limited to: 1) distorted font and rear carpet, 2) uneven front and back flooring, 3) missing left rear floor mat, 4) detached foot rest pedal, 5) tampered airbag sensor system. Deemed the service is unsatisfactory, we communicated the issues to one of the owners, Mr. Craig Deas, who had been handling with our work order, and requested remediation of the above damages, without demanding any refund.

While insisting upon the service was done according to the standard of the shop, Craig acknowledged the damages caused by the service process and agreed to remediate the issues. On our following visits to pick-up the vehicles, we found some issues were partially remediated, while others were completely ignored. 1) A distorted carpet was partially flattened but large wrinkles were still obvious 2) uneven flooring was partially corrected with exogenous material inserted under the carpet but original contour was manipulated.

Other issues with the missing floor mat and tampered airbag sensor system were still left unattended. With the issues not been fully remediated, we communicated again with Mr. Craig Deas and left with disappointment on the technical standard of the service. We later received a phone call from Craig, which proactively acknowledged the issues and offered $600 as a partial refund for the unsatisfactory service performed. However, when we visited the shop to pick up the vehicle, for the last time, we were denied with the previously agreed partial refund.

In stead, the other owner, Mr. Andrew Deas, whom we have never spoken to prior, came to confront us and threatened us with a lawsuit. Upon demanding more documentation for this unexpected threat from him, Mr. Andrew Deas further proceeded with additional verbal abuse, assault, threat, and intended to initiate a physical assault. To protect the safety of my wife and the others on site, and to help mitigate the situation as the result of the particular aggressive temperament of Mr. Andrew Deas, we eventually had to call and dispatch two officers from Houston Police Department to Carriage Co. who later advised us on options with legal claims.

It is to be clarified that our disagreement with Mr. Craig Deas has been strictly business dispute on the technical standard of service, and Mr. Craig Deas had been making effort to resolve disputes in a professional and civil manner. On the other hand, Mr. Andrew Deas should be solely responsible for escalating the simple business dispute to a legal case. Today, after $900 in total cost and more than four (4) repeated visits, we are left with numerous issues in our vehicles due to the service performed at Carriage Co, and now faced with multiple illegal threats from the owner Mr. Andrew Deas. More updates and clarifications will follow as needed.
