These people are crooks. They will manipulate and mislead you in order to get your business, then IF you are smart enough to figure it out, they will lie to your face. Honest businesses don't argue with customers over legitimate concerns.but, shady businesses do. My advice: find another company with a better reputation.

Absolutely first rate. Received a much beter price and better service than the more well known carpet store a few miles west. Don, Linda and Amber went out of their way: always answered my questions truthfully and completely. Perhaps the dissatisfied customers just weren't happy with the answers. If coming from Asheville, do yourself a big favor; go a few miles further west, you'll be gald you did. Correction: Carpet city is a few mile EAST, just beyond Ingles. Sorry for the error.

This company completely scammed me on hardwood floors. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I was calling around to get estimates. When I spoke with Jason Grant about the exact floor I wanted, he said they could get it. He then proceeded to have a sub grade floor installed in my home for almost the same price of what the select grade would be. He berated me on the phone when I questioned this, insisting I ordered something I did not. The owner of this company did the same thing in person. Do not work with this company if you care about transparent, honest, and fair business practices.
