Critical: Professionalism RUDEST sales person I have ever dealt with. Too busy to help people don't bother calling.

Excellent efficient service and their prices are far better than neighbors windows and door across the street. The place across the street quoted me three times more and twice as long to get a window fixed. Highly recommended.

Had a warranty job today and the gentleman that came out to do it came ready to work. I'd ask for him if I need another warranty done.

Business is very unresponsive. Called Mike about warrantee work since I thought they stand behind their products. Left two voicemail with no response. After two weeks I called once again, Melissa and Jessica forward me to someone but again no one answered and it sent me to voicemail. This business seems to give you the run around. I do not recommend this business.

I needed a replacement panel for my sliding patio door and I wanted to do the work myself to save money. After calling around town to everyone I could find, this was by far the best deal. They were friendly, professional, quick, and they deliver for a very good deal. I

Excellent customer service, I just needed a small piece of glass cut for a table and they did an amazing job. Their front desk people will take of you, they were timely, professional, and they had the best price in town. I would definitely recommend them if you're in need of custom glass.

Capitol Glass is the best glass shop in town. We are High Frequency Wireless - Alaska's Premier Cellular Phone repair/sales shop, and we shop only at Capitol Glass. It's price that matters most. Most Anchorage glass shops are complete rip-offs. EVERY other glass shop wanted to charge us $500+ for a new door for our display case. Capitol Glass did it for $200, installed.

Their excellent techs (Sean and Donny), visited our store twice (included in the price). It's service that matters second most. Sean and Donny provided excellent service and customer service. They were extraordinarily professional, timely, frank, and helpful. As every small business knows, excellent employees are hard to find. Sean and Donny are excellent employees that any business would be proud to have represent them. We hope they receive opportunities for advancement at Capitol Glass. Keep up the good work!

I try to give a business I've never used before a small job before giving them something big. How someone handles a small job says a lot about a company. Those small jobs are often inconvenient, low profit margin, and a general pain. In this case, I want to change all the windows in my house for new (they're old wood windows) so for a small test job I called and had three mirrors that needed to be cut down after bathroom renovations.

They came out the house to pick up the glass as they were large pieces. The person on the phone told me that they couldn't guarantee the glass since it was not theirs. Reasonable and I was fine with that. The guys that showed up insisted on taking measurements rather than using the measurements I handed them. Then they loaded up the glass and left.

The next day, I got a call that they would cut the mirrors down with no guarantee for $1050. But for less than $100 more, they'd give me new mirrors and guarantee them. When I questioned the $1050 number, he told me he estimated 10.5 hours of cutting time! These are mirrors that only needed a couple inches off two sides. I picked up the glass, a $15 glass cutter and had a friend cut it in less than two hours. And if they'd broken, I could buy all three new from another place for $500. Thoroughly disgusted. Needless to say, I got a quote for new house windows from someone else.
