At Cam Expert, our focus is on high-quality, precision machining enabled by high high RPM computer-aided milling machines made in Germany. At Cam Expert, quality means precision manufacturing that results in burr- and scratchfree surfaces and picture-perfect edges.
Services
Milling and cutting configurations include: cavities, countersinks, holes, rectangular openings and most other geometric shapes plus threads for inside diameters. Because we use unique German sourced software, customer incoming data can be in the following formats: PS + ESP; HPGL; DXF; Adobe Illustrator.
The aluminum we provide for front panels is AA5052 (Al Mg2.5). We create our anodized panels on high quality RPM CAM machines which produce a scratch free, burr free surface. The back surface of these panels are not guaranteed to be scratch or burr free. After aluminum panels are anodized, all cut edges will expose the raw aluminum.
