Dear Paul 3 months ago I placed an order with Caldowel. A week later I was called and told the item I bought was not actually in stock and asked if could I wait four months for the stock to come back. Three months later I'm told it's delayed another month and that you're raising the price. You, the owner of this business, decided if I still wanted the order I already placed with you 3 months ago, that I needed to pay the new price.
I'll be honest, when Raphael said he'd check with you, I thought there's no way this price change would impact an order already placed. But you really did surprise me - you were trying to raise the price of my previously existing order. I own a business, and if I ever pulled something this greedy and backwards on a customer I would fully expect what was coming to me would be a negative review and a loss of their business. I hope this review helps someone who is looking to purchase from Caldowel consider supporting a different business, that have a little respect for others and themselves.
