We called for a quote and C&V was very responsive and came out as soon as possible even though they are very busy. Price is reasonable and great selection of materials.

Hahaha, Shawn, is that a joke? Customer service, what customer service? I've never had one single opportunity to even discover your customer service, let alone any business interaction whatsoever. And that's solely because your lead sales & design person - Liza Amaya - was derelict in her sales responsibilities and professional duties. Notwithstanding, profoundly disrespectful, rude, and ill-mannered. Period. Liza flat out ignored me from the get-go, for who knows why and for whatever reason? We've never ever met before that day I first entered their premises. And, attempting to cover-up for Liza by saying she was helping someone else was the sole reason preventing her from fulfilling her promise to contact me - PLEASE.

It doesn't take three (3) days to help one person in the showroom. That's just utterly and patently absurd. I waited three whole days for Liza's promised call back, and some attempted communication, before I called and alerted you to this regrettable event. Isn't that what a real business professional is supposed to do in the first place - communicate?

I don't know about you, but I was raised to honor my promises, no matter how big or small. I've been in sales a very long time and have never ever failed to let a client or prospect know where they stand at any given point in our business relationship cycle - especially in the very early and initial stages. And that goes manifold times for all other professional salespeople I've ever known either personally or have learned about, anywhere. That's what good solid salespeople do, they hold on to any possible lead, potential, prospect or client, not just frittering them away like they grew on trees - as Liza did.

A company hires their salespeople so that they can, yes, make sales, to pay for overhead, commissions, expenses, i.e., growing and propelling the business forward towards thriving and prospering. Not purposefully and willfully sabotaging someone brand new first time walking through their doors - thereby constricting and constraining the business. Additionally, through all of my expressed angst against Liza, over the past two (2) months, Liza has remained completely silent. Really? Liza has never said she was sorry nor apologized, never even once. Thereby affirming she 100% purposely meant to behave in such an ungracious, impertinent, uncivil, and contemptuous manner.

What a woman? Instead, Liza chose to hide behind her manager Shawn to do her dirty work. Only a dolt displays such behavior. Unconscionable. I can't believe nor even imagine any astute, savvy business owner wanting to keep in their employment such a liability as "Liza the Loser". Whatever the feeble rationale or phony justification - she still fumbled the bottom line - and blew the sale. Isn't the whole point of being in "sales" is to "MAKE THE SALE"!.Case in point, I just concluded the purchase of 57 cabinets of your same brand from you closest competitor - warm, friendly, and reliable!

Super disappointed! I called and spoke to someone named Mayra. I told her that I was remodeling my bathroom.( in actuality it is 3) I told her that I had pictures of what I wanted and if someone there like a designer could help me. She was helpful and said to come in and she or someone could definitely help me. My husband, my baby and I were excited and came in the next day.

As we walked in we were greeted by a young lady with tattoos and she asked what we were looking for. We told her bathroom tile. She said ok we have quite a few. She said that as soon as the designers were done with their clients they would help us. So we walked around and I looked at their selection. One designer in front was helping an older couple but then they soon left.

There was no one else in the showroom. Then all of a sudden another older couple appear and a different designer shows up. I thought ok maybe they were here before us and I didn't notice them. My husband, my baby and I keep walking around waiting for anyone to help. (15 -20 minutes ) Another older couple walk in and they receive help right away!

At this point I see we don't fit the demographics for the area I guess. The woman in the front (designer) walked around and then went back to her desk and was on the computer. The other woman walked around and helped the other two couples that came in after us. She even walked passed my husband and didn't say anything. I felt so uncomfortable at this point I told my husband I wanted to leave.

As we were walking out the red head woman in the front asked if we were ok. My husband responded with a no. He said no one tried to help us so we are going to leave. The woman just shrugged and made a "whatever " face. I was kind of shocked. My husband and I are doing a rebuild in Pasadena and thought we would check out a tile store and support businesses in the near by areas.

We drive by almost everyday and see it on the freeway. I had high hopes. I guess we didn't fit the demographic of the area I guess we will try out a different tile business.

CV Tile is an absolute joke. Between getting passed around to 3 different people during our project, who never communicated with one another, our experience could not have been worse. Several phone calls from them saying our order was ready only to drive 45 min away to pick up and find out one or more items were actually NOT ready for pickup and drive 45 minutes home with an incomplete order.

Even after telling them we live far away and to confirm everything is ready, we ended up driving out there 14 times! This was not a supply chain issue, instead was pure disorganization. The final straw was when they told us we can return any unopened boxes, drove out AGAIN only to be told they don't take returns! Steer clear, there are far better and more organized places to buy tile in Los Angeles.

Thrilled to give 5 stars to CV Tile and Stone for the work they did on our back porch. We've wanted to tile it for years and finally were ready and ordered the tile and work through them. We are ecstatic! Sue was super helpful, and listened to us share our dream. And there are not enough words to share about Jonathan who did the work. He is amazing, and we would recommend him to anyone doing any type of tile work! Thank you!

Avoid this business. Dishonest and incompetent. Interaction between sales and fabricator and client poorly handled to the expense of the client.

This is the place for all your tiling needs. If you are doing a small project on your own, the people here are super helpful. If you are working on a big project and need help coordinating, they will also be super helpful. The first time I was here was for some corner and bullnose tile (5/2019). My Contractor didn't order enough and CV tile was able to match what I needed.

My most recent visit (3/2021) was to get some tile for my back yard fireplace. I brought in some samples of my pool tile and was directed to the right section to find something that would compliment my pool.

Sue was fabulous to work with! She helped me pick out the various stone tiles for our new master bathroom. It turned out SO beautifully--I feel like I am at a Four Seasons Hotel! In addition, we ended up going with Sue to help us pick out tile for two other bathrooms we unexpectedly had to remodel. Since these bathrooms were for a rental property, Sue made use we picked tiles that were timeless, clean looking and cost efficient.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I have a countertop with an unusual color and I needed floor and shower tiles to complement. The designer, Liza, was so helpful! She found both flooring and shower tile was perfect! I now love my new bathroom. CV Tile will have me as a customer for life.

I came in today with some tiles that came out of a court yard. The owner mentioned to me that they were commercial and that they were no longer available. She then asked me how many I needed and I replied I need t2. She told me to hold on for a second and went outside and had to leaning against the building. She said that I could have them and I replied I would like to pay for them she said it was not necessary. A big thank you to CV Tile and Stone for helping me out.

The staff at C.V. was so wonderful! I brought in a piece of raw limestone from the ruble of the church my in-laws were married in from a small village in Italy. They church and village were destroyed in the 2009 earthquake : they carved it into this perfect cross! It is such a special memento now thanks to them!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RENOVATION! We worked with CV Tile & Stone for a fairly major kitchen facelift including cabinet refinishing, tile and counters PLUS tile, a complete shower and counters in two bathrooms. We had a situation early on (not their fault at all) when the stone came in the wrong color (manufacturer's fault) and they were so quick and professional to fix it.

The project lasted about 4 weeks and during that time I had almost daily contact with the project managers (Chris and Shawn) and every single sub-contractor was incredible. I highly recommend working with Liza on the upfront design work. I came in with close to baked ideas but she was able to detail and give me recommendations on the design. I went to more than a dozen showrooms, talked to 3 designers and met with 2 contractors before deciding to work with CV Tile & Stone on the entire project. They are a great resource from beginning to end.

Walked in to their show room a few weeks ago and Samantha Kaye asked me if i needed any help and i told her i was good just wondering. I knew what i wanted. After not really finding what i was looking for, Samantha helped me open my eyes to something different that would work in my kitchen. After helping me match grout and quarter tiles to finish off my backsplash, she helped me pick out a new floor for my kitchen.

I didn't even know i needed to redo my floor but with her specialty in color she helped me see what i was trying to achieve was going to have a missing piece. She made my design experience so much fun and stress free! I'm so in love with my new kitchen and Samantha help make this a great process Here are some pics of my new kitchen that Samantha helped me design. So in love!

Thank you to C.V. Tile for the beautiful quartz counter tops CAMBRIA QUARTZ SWANBRIDGE, Ashbury #RIO subway tile and CARRARA CHEVRON MOSAIC accent marble behind the cooktop. We worked with Liza Amaya to select the look we wanted and her first selections for us were perfect! Jose did an amazing job on measuring out the counter top to put the seams in undetected places and the installers for the counter tops were terrific. We highly recommend using C.V. Tile.

I have had a great experience there every time. Everyone is nice and Samantha is the best! Love working with her. We purchased tile from you guys two years ago for a home and now two years later we moved and here we are again. We are also planning to get quartz counters in the near future as well. I appreciate the work you guys put in there. Thanks for everything!

We were referred by our contractor to CV Tile and are very pleased with the level of professionalism and the quality of materials we purchased. Right when you enter, there is always fresh baked cookies and girl at the front desk is very friendly. They let you browse and never bother you unless you need help, which they go above and beyond with their expertise.

All of the salespeople here have years, if not decades of experience in the industry. My husband and I went to CV three times already, and they never rush or push you to purchase if you're not ready. On this third visit, we purchased most of our needs and the prices are really great. I recommend working with Sal, he is pleasure to work with and a very funny guy.

The great thing about purchasing countertops from CV is that they also prefabricate next door, which is one less thing to worry about. I'll definitely be back very soon to purchase my countertops from CV.
