I had the absolute most amazing experience on Wednesday. I traveled from Michigan to visit, and with the help of Sarah, I ordered a pallet of glass to be shipped back as well as a few other items. I spent the better part of 5 or 6 hours at your store, and all of your staff was magnificently friendly, they even let me use a glass for drinking water. Sarah was so enthusiastic about the experience and she really made it special for me. I honestly hope I have the opportunity to work there one day. Absolute aces, and the glass? Perfection. Thank you for existing!

Love the selection of glass and glass working tools, the employees are friendly and always willing to help. If I had to make one negative commeni, it would be that the location leaves much to be desired. I actually had a homeless woman who was living in a broken down rv at the side of the building, verbally accoust me for making the mistake of looking over at her while getting into my truck!,

Excellent tour! Our tour guide Andre was very personable and knowledgeable about the glass creating process. From borax to benches and silicon to stained glass this tour hits the bullseye for an unforgettable Portland experience.

I love this place, they are always so happy to help you in the work shop and store nothing seems to much trouble for them. If you have an idea that you need help with they will always find a way to help you sort your problems out. I brought the Taurus ring saw 3 yesterday and I have to say wow such a great thing to have its going to help me with hdesigns that are hard to cut the normal way. A must buy if you have extra money to buy one.

This place is amazing. They have so much glass sheet in so many colors it will blow your mind.

One of the best art glass companies in the country. Not only do they have tons of glass but they offer loads of classes. They offer open access to equipment once you take the class that shows you how to use it. It you are interested in at glass at all, this is the place in Portland for you.

As a "retired" colored glass lamp shade maker in the style of Tiffany (over 100 Odyssey shades), I have had the very good fortune to shop at Bullseye factory for the specific glass that I wanted for many of the shades I have made. I just took a commission for a dragonfly shade and met my client at Bullseye. The reception, attention, and time spent with both myself and my client showing us the glass and pulling sheets was way above and beyond what I had expected.

I had known Dan and Sam from 30+ years ago and it was also very nice to visit with them. I strongly recommend using handmade art glass if at all possible in your projects. Great behind the scenes tour includes hot artists running around with molten glass. Hot x2. Friendly and helpful staff in the shop. Great Frit color and size selection, as well as supplies for many crafty things one can do with glass. Looks like they offer classes too.

This place was really cool! A huge awesome space for glass artists of all kinds. I do mosaics from time to time, and though it's been awhile, at some point I'd like to do it again. This place has so much to offer glass artists and lovers, inclines! Including classes. The people there were really friendly too. Small gallery upstairs, and samples of what you can do with glass. Really cool place! Worth checking it out!

Bullseye has a proud history of developing glass for the fused glass industry, always paying close attention to ecological concerns regarding their manufacturing processes. They create amazing experimental glass that is absolutely essential for the glass artist, and is always innovative and one of a kind. Their prices are fair, their people are sine qua non for their knowledge, helpfulness and true devotion to the glass industry. They have my whole-hearted support and appreciation. My projects created with this glass are always the better for using it.

Wonderful company! The people that work here are are terrific! Friendly and helpful. Bullseye is the best glass company in the business! They have top of the line products - consistent and they produce gorgeous pieces - at affordable prices. The other thing I love about Bullseye is their extensive education program - the on-line learning is the only place you can get most of the glass information!

How to - and tested schedules etc. that work! A terrific resource and a bargain price! Like $50/year? I've also attended their workshops - the reactive properties of the glass produce AMAZING results! The first workshop I attended BLEW MY MIND. Bullseye Glass is the most awesome company in the world. They supply the bulk of glass for artisans who work in stained glass, fused glass and mosaic work. They have the most amazing collections of color and make it easy for a glass artist, like myself, to create works of art. I used to think I wasn't an artist until I started working with glass and Bullseye gave me the tools I needed.

For those who are giving it one star because they "think" Bullseye doesn't care about the environment, you are wrong. They have always cared as demonstrated by the extent they are going to make sure they comply with the EPA. I love them, will always love how they treat and support glass artists all over the world. If you've ever seen stained glass in a church window, chances are, that is Bullseye glass or some other glass producer. Don't let that beauty fade.

Bullseye is an incredible resource. It is not just a company, it is a community of committed individuals who make amazing contributions to the international art glass community. I have had the privilege of taking classes there and was impressed by the professionalism and collaborative spirit of the staff. What makes Bullseye so unique is that they further the application of the product they sell by fostering the creative community that uses it.

They work with artists to develop new methods which they share through classes and videos. This exchange allows everyone to be more innovative with the product. In addition to all of this- they sell amazing glass! Really, really amazing glass. -And if you have the opportunity to take a factory tour- DO IT!

Bullseye is an awesome company! Their employees have excellent product knowledge and each and every one of them know my name (and have since I first shopped there). Their glass is beautiful and the array of colors unsurpassed. During this very difficult time with the EPA, they have done everything possible to get and remain in compliance. If all companies were this environmentally conscious, we would all live in a much cleaner and safer world. Good job, Bullseye!

Bullseye is the only place that thousands upon thousands of glass artists can get their glass. Worldwide artists are hoping that Portland doesn't destroy a entire art form. That is not the way a City would want to go down in the records of history. Bullseye has always taken great care of customers, employees and the city. They are going above and beyond to try to do what is right for the city in everything that is asked of them.

I actually am not even much of a glass artist. My husband loves it. I find the glass beautiful and the art amazing. Bullseye glass is incredible to look at. There are artists all over the world that have used this glass to make some beautiful works of art. I hope Portland doesn't kill this art form. I hope Bullseye can hold on until everything comes to light and they are once again allowed to make glass.

I buy my fusible glass from Bullseye and having taken a tour of the facility and several classes. They are in the forefront of education for beginners and support for businesses. I am an east coast glass artist who would go out of business without Bullseye.

This is one of my favorite places. it has such a variety of colors and textures of glass. All of the glass very good quality. And they cycle through it often, so new colors and mixes come in all the time. The warehouse is the size of the city block and it is filled with all kinds of different glass. So if you like to work with glass, this is the place to go. I have not found any better. The prices are high and it's hard to bargain hunt here because the system they use for pricing isn't very straightforward.

This shop is amazing! Great inventory, amazing glass blowers, exceptional & educated staff. I am a local mosaic artist and purchase all my glass & glass supplies here. The price is reasonable, a bit higher than some other glass shops but well worth the $ when you factor in the quality of the glass. I am a loyal customer and definite fan of this local business. I would recommend it to anyone, anytime for sure!

The glass masters in Portland. Their class space, offices, and factory take up a city block, and Portlanders are blessed to have them here. Quality COE 90 product, informed staff, fantastic classes and workshops, free demos, and a wonderful store with a gallery upstairs. If you are working in glass, Bullseye is fantastic for fusing, torchworking, coldworking and beyond. We are SO fortunate to have them here. Their glass is worth every penny, and priced fairly for the quality and research that goes into the creation of their medium.

Bullseye Glass has a great reputation for quality glass and people and now I see why. It can be intimidating coming into a new place to learn how to use a new material but I immediately felt welcome and comfortable in the "First Fusing Glass Class". The staff is really passionate about their work and instruction and I came away very excited about my creation and look forward to future classes.

All skill levels are welcome. The knowledgeable staff is there for pointers but really allows you to express your inner glass fuser. I would recommend this class to anyone with an interest in glass or just learning something new.

Don't break anything. But look at everything. The upstairs galley is amazing, and the overlook to the studio is mesmerizing. I highly recommend just walking through the shop, even if you don't buy anything, tons of eye candy to make you want to be a glassblower.

Sadly, the class I signed up for was cancelled due to low enrollment. Naturally they refunded my class fee, but I already bought my non-refundable airline ticket! Bullseye glass is still the best and as far as I'm concerned the only source of quality art glass and I'll continue using their products. But I'm very disappointed and unhappy about the cancellation and I will be very cautious about signing up in the future. I was excited to see the place where the glass is actually made. Big sigh.

As far as borosilicate glass suppliers go, you literally can't beat going to the factory itself. These guys have an ever-expanding selection of amazing glass products for all heated-glass workers: rods, stringers, frit, shatters, cut-formed bits, sheets, part sheets, designed sheets, experimental sheets, experimental rods, even micro-stringers and odd little design elements - all tested to be compatible with everything else they sell. *And* they teach classes in beadmaking (torchwork), fusing, printing, experimenting, reactions, advanced techniques, blah blah blah.

Once you've taken a class, you're welcomed back during any of their Open Studio times (which are ridiculously dirt-cheap, considering how much equipment and supplies they give you access to during studio time). Until I figure out the engineering required to set up my own home studio, I'm in there every month working on new beads for $10 an hour (glass included!). [Note: glass not included for fusing studio time.] All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and generally pretty funny too.

All of them I've talked to are working glass artists so they're far more familiar with their product than anyone should expect of a retail operation, but it's a godsend to amateurs and professionals alike who can get real insight into what would work and what might not.

I have used Bullseye Glass for my artwork for years. The colors are beautiful and the sales reps are all outstanding detail oriented people.

This is my 'glass church'. I can go in here and live for hours, just running back and forth with glass samples and placing them on the huge light box of a wall while dreaming of what I'm going to create next. For that alone, I have to thank the kind staff for not calling in law enforcement or someone from the local facility to strap me down and haul me out.

They maintain a huge assortment of art glass in sheets, frit, stringer, confetti and billets, as well as lots of tools, books and gear. They offer tours of their facilities where they create their glass, and have a huge studio area where they offer classes and where I hope to spend many stray weeks of my life.
