Good spot to find rare or vintage items. However place can be more efficient with pricing being displayed and better customer service. The customer service can definitely improve.

Building Value is a wonderful resource for our community. You may not find exactly what you're looking for but you'll be pleased to discover something that works. You have to use creativity in sourcing materials but you know they are diverted from the landfill and are often vintage artifacts that just need a new home.

There is a lot to see, so take your time here. Staff were super helpful and patient with us. We made a pit stop here, while on another mission and well worth it. Happy to repeat business with these good folks. A+

They kind of dry not very friendly and they have good price but they have low quality windows even windows and that they should put in the trash instead of trying to selling it to you

This place has reclaimed, recycled, salvaged items for repurposing. Beautiful doors, kitchen cabinets, sinks, granite countertops, lighting, banisters, lumber.

Went for the Northside Flea event. Sponsored by Building Value they bring in Craftsman who upcycle or recycle to make their products. We also browsed the store while we were there. They had really neat things recovered from older buildings. If you are looking for something to set your home apart, this is the place.
