We have worked at schools, universities, hospitals, public utilities, office buildings, retail sites, warehouses, high-rises and light manufacturing facilities.
Building Specialties is one of the most well-established commercial insulation contractors in the Houston area. We work with builders, property owners, property managers and general contractors to insulate warehouses, distribution centers, schools, universities, offices, high-rise buildings, government buildings, hospitals, retail spaces, public utilties, restaurants and more. We use a range of insulation materials including fiberglass insulation batts, poly iso rigid board, vinyl insulation, radiant barrier and rock wool.
This customer had several data centers that needed insulation for its chilled water supply & return and hot water supply & return, for a total of 34,000 linear ft. The scope of the insulation work for the three data centers combined was $3.92 million. We completed the insulation work on time, within schedule constraints and within budget.
