Todd was very knowledgeable about all buildings on site or within each brochure. I contacted many individuals within this company for multiple structures and everyone was very helpful. My case was very difficult due to let's just put it as my luck. It took six months to finally get the proper arrangements for my building to be delivered and everyone at Ohio Outdoor Structures has been very patient during this time. I'm very thankful for them and their understanding. I've dealt with them in the past, currently, and will most definitely in the future!

Would not buy a building from ohio outdoor structures or northedge steel. My boyfriend nick and I bought a building in March of 21 paid for it in full. The contractors that came out to install it showed up around 6pm and was drinking on the job. They did not anchor the building correctly. Had to have them come back out to reanchor the building after a couple of times of not showing up and wasting my time.

A month after that my roof started leaking due to damage panels from install. They have scheduled me 3 times to come out and fix it and each time they have not shown up. They showed up unannounced when I was out of town to install a new roof and needing inside the building which they could not get in and had to leave. I bent over backwards to accommodate for their scheduling and not showing up which costs me money. Ohio outdoor structures is no help stating I didn't buy the building from them that i just placed the order through them saying that they are only the middle man. They are rude when you call and have a problem. Beware would not do business with them.

Bought a building from north edge steel. They installed it but anchored it incorrectly to concrete. Tried to show and tell the contractors their instructions on how it's supposed to be anchored and they didn't listen. Now they tell me I have to wait 16 weeks to get it fixed when it should have been done correctly in the first place and I need to have the building inspected.

I suggest whoever had a building put up by them check there instructions on how it's supposed to be anchored. Wouldn't suggest north edge steel to anyone. They came back and re did the anchors but never showed up on the day they told me and took off work. Roof started leaking they scheduled me took off work and never showed up. Beware don't buy from north edge steel. They will waste your time and make you loose money.

Poor customer service and handling of my outdoor structure install. Ordered from allsteel carports in September of last year, been getting the run around for quite some time, eventually ohio outdoor took over the order. I was scheduled for delivery last month on a Wednesday, they called to let me know the contractor was running behind and would be there Friday. Friday came and no one showed up, I called and they said it was cancelled and that they called me(which they did not) and refused to provide any reschedule ETA.

They transferred me to their manager's voice mail who never returned my call. Last week they called to tell me the contractor was ahead of schedule and would be at my place in a couple hours(with no notice, I was never informed that my install was this date). They said I needed to clear the snow from the area it was being installed in. I called back to let them know there was no way that was possible I had work and an appointment.

They were upset and condescending that I wouldn't make up for their mistake in not notifying me my install was that day. The lady said "well it might just be another 5 months if you reschedule". This was their mistake, they never acknowledged it and were just rude.

Don't judge this place by All Steel Carports. I have 3 building from this place and looking at a 4th! Only bad experience was with Zac and All Steel and he is no longer with the company.

Great shed. Jay sold us the perfect model at a great price point. Delivered today by Mr. Troyer and properly placed and leveled on site. Awesome experience

We were told a specific date when it would be installed. Find out the sales person didn't send in our order for 3 weeks. Then when I call since we are still waiting 3 months later! Told you would get a call next week for install. That was a lie. Call this week, told All Steel Carports SOLD my order to another company because they couldn't fulfill my order!

And it will be WEEKS before they could get to my order! Not satisfied at all! Communication would be nice for someone to keep your customers informed instead of me calling to find out your not even going to install it by the company I am purchasing from!

I purchased a steel building from the Dalton location this year and dealt with Todd. I am very pleased with the service and All Steel Carports. The biggest factor people need to understand is there is a estimated time your building will be scheduled for installation. My estimated time was close to on schedule of 5 weeks plus a few days. This seemed alot longer but you just have to be patient.

The sales team are very knowledgeable and patient with you when helping decide on your building. I visited this location at least once a week for months trying to decide what the best options will work for my needs. Never did I feel pressured to buy at any point. In fact I changed my quote a few times until my final decision was made, and thats when I gave the down payment.

The building I did get looks great! Very pleased with it. I can not wait until we move to a bigger location so we can build a larger building from Ohio Outdoor Structures. Thanks!

Maryland Cabin we chose was built on site by Steve. Unfortunately, the young man from Rittman who delivered the materials pulled down the gutter and fascia from the side of the house after using a crane to unload the truck. No one would accept responsibility for it, even after I called Zack, who we bought the cabin from. The material supplier would not talk to us, even after Steve contacted him. Steve took matters into his own hands to rectify the situation.

All I can say is, do not expect service after the sale. An unfortunate circumstance that only one person, Steve, stepped up to the plate to correct. We would not recommend this location only based on this. We would have purchased again, but not after this. When work is contracted out like it is here, I suggest you be on site each day, to avoid what happened to us. We have a gorgeous cabin, and we were left with a bad experience. What a shame.
