Brickyard

Could not get any help in the facility or out in the yard. Was told No pictures of paver colors, products in the facility. Was sent out to aisle 3 and someone would come help me. No one showed up. Poor customer service. Products are great.

Loads of options so it seems but we were disappointed we were given a piece of paper and told to contact a landscaper for help. This place really doesn't advertise their prices and there is no calculator online, so everything about this company felt vague and impersonal, so we walked away confident we should look elsewhere before returning or making a purchase. Update: staff are friendly and there is help available at times

First of all, west was so helpful and friendly to me. It was my first time here and the transaction went smooth. The fork lift operator, I wish I remember his name, was fast and very good an maneuvering, and I've seen a lot of fork lift drivers in my day. Thanks guys. Oh and aspen, is adorable

Gave us good ideas for a project we have planned for spring.price on materials was reasonable and several colors to choose from.

Great customer service very helpful staff takes the time to explain the different options i was looking for my out door area. So many great options to choose from but was made easier by the knowledge staff.

Great Experience! Stopped in to buy firebrick for the woodstove in the church parsonage -- the guy behind the counter was cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.even gave the church a discount. The guy in the yard was also friendly and loaded-up the brink in the car.

I'm very upset with this place. I called two minutes before closing last night and the guy told me they had exactly what I needed and 500 or more in stock. I drove an hour out of my way wasted my gas wasted my time my kids are late for school now because I really needed to get it done this morning. I get there and the only things they have are not the right things and they're a dollar more apiece.

It would be nice if people learned how to do their jobs properly and worked on their customer service skills. They should have had to give me what they had for the price they quoted me on the phone. That is what true customer service is so they get a one-star review and they will never get my business.

Great costumer service! After a horrible contracter experience Nick made everything right. The wrong amount of brick was delivered to us and the contractor didn't even realize this. The second time we order the same thing happened. The third time Nick noticed that for the job we were trying to do we shouldn't need that much brick. He gave us our money back and made everything right. They are human and make mistakes but will go above and beyond to make it right. I am very thankful.

Great store, I was looking for a natural Stacked stone and wasn't disappointed! They have more option here anywhere in GJ. Their staff is wonderful, very informative and nice. I highly recommend stopping by here for your landscape and more.

They lost a star because it seems pretty unorganized. They're system showed they had 6 of the slabs I wanted, but it was the wrong color. Good customer service though. They apologized and ordered more and hopefully it will come in within the next week or two.
