The guys inside they know what they are doing and they help with selections or matching as close as posible. Unfortunately the people outside they will leave you waiting, to take care off their tasks before taking care of a walking customer. There where no other customers the people our side took 48 min to provide samples of what was asked by inside personal.

Was sold a discolored pallet of brick. When i went back they told me its normal but i told them that the other big time contractors are getting excellent product so why cant I. They made the exchange only to tell me not to return. I was the one who was inconvenienced, not them. Awfully rude thing to say. I was very composed the entire time. Its recorded on my phone for anyone who denies

Very positive experience with this company today. We own and operate a remodel and construction services company and have been on the hunt for a match to the brick on a 1960s warehouse. We went to several places the day before with little to no help or even a point in the right direction. Walked in to Bricks and Tiles Unlimited today, and while they did not have the brick size we needed, they did walk us through steps on how to achieve the look we are trying to match. Jon also gave us two different companies to check out. Ultimately, and thanks to the customer service from Jon, we found the brick we are looking for at one of the companies he referred. Bricks and Tiles Unlimited will be our first choice for future masonry projects!

Went in today looking for a specific type of brick to match a pillar on my house; promptly I was met with great customer service. The guy that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. Although the brick I needed was not there, he guided me on what I could do if I couldn't find the specific brick and walked me through how to do the repair.
