Chad was very helpful in helping me place my order and his team was excellent in coordinating delivery quickly and efficiently. Overall the experience with the team at Rio Grande was great from order selection through delivery.

Delivered regarding several times here, the yard is super small. You may have to wait to unload, I've been in and out quick and I've had to wait several hours. The people are nice enough, but their property just isn't big enough for the amount of business they do.

I judge/evaluate a business not just about how they act/treat you when everything is going right, but also about how they handle it when either of us makes a mistake. 5 stars is my rating. They made a mistake, owned it, and fixed it quickly and with no attitude. THAT is how you earn loyal customers. THANK YOU Rio Grande. That is how you have been in business for so long and grown so much. It's about relationship management. :

Good selection of products, prices are a little high and customer sevice is either excellent or comes with an attitude. Hit or miss on that one but this time it was great!

I delivered a load of steel pipe here today. The yard is tiny but everyone here is so nice! Totally wasn't expecting that. It took a while to get unloaded but was not bad at all. The people in Denver are cool.

Very helpful staff found what we needed lots of Concrete Supplies at this location. I like the delivery charge fee it is not very expensive. I get my high beams from this location.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, but specifically Paul, who works in their Osage location. We're homeowners GCing our addition construction and Paul has been an absolute joy to work with. He's helpful and fast and has provided above and beyond customer service to two (probably really annoying and green) novices to construction.

We had a snafu with some steel beams we ordered and although it was the framer's fault, Paul went out of his was to try to make sure we spent as little as possible to fix the issue by crediting us for the unused beam with the new order. I highly recommend the firm and be sure to ask for Paul!

This company is knowingly complacent in fraud. We had a shady contractor that was supposed to order materials through Rio Grande that never happened after taking our money. Rio Grande lied to me that the order was placed. The conversation was recorded. Might actually be good news for us as Rio Grande will now be named in the lawsuit and we might actually recover our money thanks to them knowingly participating in fraud. Sucks to suck.

I love this place. They have been very polite and helpful. I'm just a dyi-er but they have steered me in the right direction several times.

What a joke! These people couldn't manage a wet paper bag. How in the WORLD have they managed to stay in business this long? I wish they were as proud of their customer service policy as they are length of business!
