My wife and I went on vacation to Florida. In a friend's house, we saw a rechargeable table lamp we absolutely loved. They told us they got it from Brand Lighting, so we went to the showroom. They have a great variety of styles, sizes and functions of lamps. The staff was super friendly and competent. They got us the lamp with the right plug (for the electric sockets back home abroad) in no time. Here's a business that is both personal and professional!

Brand Lighting has the most unique set of lighting. Fully worth the investment! And they will work with you to ensure your investment keeps on working. I bought some custlm lights 13 yrs ago and they stopped working. Brand Lighting helped me get them repaired. It took about 2 months but they didn't give up or get an attitude. I had a great experience with Brand lighting. I needed a replacement shade on my minka aire ceiling fan and they ordered one for me and even delivered it to my home since it took a while getting in and they knew i needed it urgently. They contacted me letting me know when it shipped and when it arrived. Their customer service is wonderful and they are extremely helpful!

We had just finished a remodeling project that used lighting by Bruck. We wanted to use the same style of light fixtures in our forthcoming project. The manufacturer had discontinued the light fixture we wanted. After contacting the manufacturer, the indicated they still had stock, and recommended Brand Lighting as a vendor. I contacted them, and the attention to service was nothing short of amazing. Questions were answered and issues (not of their doing) got researched and resolved. Noemi, the store manager, provided one of the best buying experiences I have ever had.

I accidentally broke the glass in a kiss canopy light pendant, and between Lauren in Tustin California, and Raya Bloom in Hallandale Beach Florida, I was able to pick up a replacement within an hour. What a great store! Such a huge choice of products.,v ery reasonable prices. Staff is very professional. For my new house I ordered all my electric fixtures, chandeliers, fans and even floor lamps. An amazing costumer service and a large variety of products, great prices and the quality is very high. Very easy to clean which is always a good thing when you are looking to buy anything you want to hang on a ceiling. Will buy more for the rest of the house and I definitely recommend this place.

This store is amazing! Helpful staff! At Brand Lighting they find creative solutions for customers! They helped solve technical questions finding exactly what fixture would fit in a given space so I did not have to make new holes in my ceiling. They offered suggestions to go along with my home decor. I shopped here several times over the last decade and will continue to do so. Their goal is to satisfy the customer! Rare to find such excellent customer service in a retail business!
