Kids love it, but no-where for parents to watch/keep an eye on them. No safety brief - although we have been before. As I write, I have no idea what my kids are up to as I can't see them. I do trust my kids but are Bounce House taking 100% responsibility for them? On the basis they are not letting adults see what is going on, I guess they must be? I think if there was an accident, you would be exposed. If I were you, I would re-visit your RA.

Ridiculous rules and regulations whereby parents aren't allowed to be close by to support their 5 year olds whilst attending a birthday party. Instead we're told to go upstairs and watch them on CCTV. We are aware that some 5 year olds may be ok with this. But others need their mums / dads / guardians nearby.

No safety brief on arrival, total chaos as a result, with kids running across trampolines whilst others are trying to flip etc. Apparently that's ok though, as the booker signed the waiver online! Nice folk on site, but everyone supervising is very young with no sense of authority. Of all the trampoline parks we've been too, this has by far the most amateur (and therefore unsafe) feel.

Had a bounce house party, 11 children ages 6-7 good value for money with a dedicated room, food, socks, unlimited squash (well needed after all that bouncing!), party bags (we did add a few bits!) a helium balloon for the birthday child, 2 free drinks for parents and food for everyone! - particularly impressed the chicken nuggets were actually chunks of chicken and not processed!.

Also a free return trip for the birthday child!. Thanks bounce house! Everyone happy! One thing i will say is they could do with a child proof door/gate when exiting the bounce house, like they do with the soft play area, any small person could have walked out and into the car park (i didn't have enough eyes in my head to keep watch on everyone all the time!). But in short, hassle free! And we will definitely be back xx

My daughter had a brilliant 8th birthday party here! Well supervised fun and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only downer is the noise level.

Booked for a bounce session only to be told it was a "special needs only day"! Nothing on website to inform us, wasted trip! Also one of the staff was very rude, and said nothing to us however they did refund the tickets.

I think the prices are rather high especially when you have 3 or more children. The bounce house is excellent, plenty of staff to ask for help if you should need it. The car parking needs some work as when it's full you end up on the grass in a field next door. Refreshments are good they have their own cafe and various vending machines. The toilets are clean and have a good stock of toilet roll. We didn't go into the soft play as my children are all now too old. So we can't use those facilities any more. We haven't used the pool although it looks cool.

My 5 year old was invited to a party here, so I stayed as he's so young. I was very impressed, in the actual trampoline and foam part there Were Lots of adults (staff) watching the children making sure they were safe, upstairs there was sofas for parents with a tv screen so you could watch your child bouncing. The 2 party rooms were a good size and the food was pizza chips and onion rings, with ice lollies for pudding. My child had the best time, I was able to relax with a coffee from the Starbucks cafe and I could see he was safe and having fun.

My kids love the Bounce House but I have a few caveats. The trampolines are all in good order and there are no signs of wear and tear but you cannot say the same for the foam. Compare the original photos with the area now and you'll note a serious amount of deflation in the volume of the foam blocks - I wonder how far that will go before they get replaced.

The waiting area for the Bounce House is a little worn around the edges but overall adequate. The coffee shop and soft play are ok but it can get a bit boisterous at busy times.
