Excellent selection of materials and great pricing. The real selling point for using Boat Builder Central is their customer service. I placed an order late one night for some epoxy rollers and handles and received a phone call the next morning asking if I meant to order the exact rollers and handles that I did. Turns out they were an incompatible size and the gentleman on the other end of the line had recognized it and wanted to double check the order with me before shipping it.

Fast forward a couple weeks, I got another call from the same gentleman saying he had received a damaged product claim from UPS for one of the products he had shipped me. In my inexperience I didn't realize I hadn't received my entire order, and upon his notification he gave me a call the same day and got me squared away with resending the damaged product that afternoon. Fantastic example of how a company should be run and would recommend to anybody that is interested in building their own boat.

I have built one of their designs, used their products for repair on a number of other boat repairs and met them in person at the builders meets. Great products and unbeatable service. Their shipping is so good I get them to ship to me in Alaska and most times it ends up being the best total cost.

Such a great group of people. I have been dealing with Jeff and Reid for many of years and will do anything to help you. Glad to call them friends!

These folks are really on the ball! Fantastic customer service, extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a problem, they are quick to respond for help. All that and their prices are better than most places. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

It was a great pleasure to meet Jeff and Reid at Boat Builders Central. They both were happy to give me and my dad a tour of their shop and see one of their boats being built, and a finished boat. I left very eager to building my own. Their materials are top notch and very reasonably priced.
