Using Flex Base is an excellent way for a contractor to weather proof a project. Our Flex Base has also been widely used to cap select fill building pads to reduce lost time from rain delays.

Do not support this company! This company makes 100% profit off of recycled material to not pay and treat their employees fairly at all plants. These hardworking men are taken advantage of and forced to work out of town and leave their families behind when they did not even sign up for a traveling job and are told they will be fired or will need to take a week of no pay if they do not comply leaving the workers too scared to speak up due to the consequences.

They don't even receive travel pay when working out of town. Awful management running this place! Just another example of seeing my kind of people being taken advantage of. Support companies that care for their employees! There are companies that pay you to drop off material, please do your research folks.

For some reason they can't afford to buy a dozer with a built in scale. They guess the weight you want (they aren't good at guessing) and if they go over the limit you have to go dump off a little and get back in line which is a hr wait that's 2 hrs you lose for 1 load. They are the only plant in Dallas that doesn't have built in scales. Unacceptable.

We bought dozens of truckloads of crushed rock until the day they delivered several that were full of dirt and refused to replace it. We ended up spending almost $10,000 to clean the rock on-site. That old saying about the cheapest price often being the most expensive applies to Big City in spades.

Shout Out to Bridge City Concrete! Your workers were doing some business by the IBEW Credit Union when my nephew dropped my whole set of car keys down the sewer drain. They seen our panic and distress, and offered to assist. It took them all of 5 minutes to save me weeks of headaches. Way to Go BRIDGE CITY CONCRETE! When the project was done, I also went back to observe the work your men performed at the job site and was highly impressed with the craftsmanship. I will definitely be referring based on fabulous community and customer service, as well as skills! Thanks Guys!
