Great selection. Staff is attentive. Went above and beyond. Under promised and over delivered. Did not expect delivery until the week after Memorial week due to busy schedule they had but we're able to deliver the rock same day I ordered it, which allowed me to complete my project ahead of schedule.

I had all intentions of purchasing my pavers from your company today! I called your business and was meet by Cheryl. I explained my project and asked several question, being a novice to the world of "pavers", I had all my questions written down! I guess my inability to answer the "millimeters" question was when it all went downhill. Cheryl's customer service ceased to exist, shame on you, after 30 years experience you should know better.
I was RUDELY interrupted and called madam once too many times for my liking. I am guessing the "non-contractors" customer is just to taxing and the questions are just to many. Coming from a customer service career, I value employees who note peoples lack of knowledge of a product. I would sincerely hope that employee would be eager to help instead of making you feel incompetent and bothersome.
Even if I have to wait 8 weeks for my product that you have on the self, I will not be purchasing my pavers from you. I will also make sure that all of the 1200 employees that work in my office are aware of Cheryl's inadequacies and how she represents your company. First impressions last a lifetime!

These guys have got the stuff for masonry in the valley. Prices are about 20-30% higher than big box store, but they know what they are doing and their stuff is better quality. If you have a real masonry project, this is the place to go. Amazing selection of brick. I'm giving 4 stars because of the slight price overhead, but hey, when you are expert in something you get to charge more.

Don't shop here! Employees became rude and even hostile when our paver orders arrived and didn't match the samples that were provided to us. We also experienced inflated delivery times and unusually high delivery charges. So much for trying to shop local! If you live in the Valley, Peters in Quakertown if you want fast friendly service at a fair price. Our new order from Peter's matches the samples and was delivered in less than a week, at 1/3 the delivery fee. So happy our nightmare with Beth-Hanover is behind us!

I visited this place Beth-Hanover Supply Co. Inc, on the beginning of August, 2015 because I had a project for my back yard. Horrible people, very poor customer service. The first impression when I entered the place was very unfriendly and the way employees looked at us was very weird like if we were from another planet. Very poor friendly atmosphere. I decided to take my business some place else.
