The firm's founder perceived a need for a very reliable and knowledgeable provider. His perception proved correct as the firm grew by providing amateur cabinetmakers as well as tiny professional shops.

Offering the most popular rollerball pen kits on the market today, these include the Baron and Sedona models in addition to Triton and Atrax. All of our rollerball pen making kits include a German-made Schmidt rollerball refill with a Swiss-made carbide tip for ease of writing. We also offer Pilot refills for all of our rollerball pen kits.
We are proud to introduce our new Artist Designed Series of pen blanks and pen blank molds. These colorful and unique blanks are produced by hand in small batches by local (Ohio) pen makers and artists. Each pen blank is unique and attractive. They are made from polyester resin (unless otherwise noted). Check back here often as our line-up will change over time as these are not massed produced.

I went to this place because it's closer to home and I wanted some materials. I arrived around 10 minutes before closing and no one answered the door so I called them up. The person on the other end first of all put me on hold and then hung up the phone. Second attempt to call she finally answered and said really didn't want to open up the door and was ready to close even though there were 10 minutes left.
In my opinion this was a poor way to run a business. I didn't get inside but it seems like they have good material there Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for their the personnel.

I do agree that they should advertise the retail office as being closed at 3pm, however, the service we received was GREAT. Joe is truly a Subject Matter Expert and is willing to give pointers and tips. The quality of the products is superior to what I have found elsewhere. You should be warned that this is an internet business that operates a small retail area at the HQ. I was expecting a store and was a little surprised that it was a office/warehouse. I will be buying all my pens and kits from these guys now.
