Nice helpful staff for all your auto body needs. Unfortunately, they were out of stock for the paint needed. No fault on Ben's for out of stock items. You can blame it on our goverment.

Google maps took me somewhere else so I had to call to find them. Google took me a couple of blocks down to the left from where they are on the right. Joy was very cheetful, helpful and had what we needed.

Horrible customer service! I stopped in today with the anticipation of getting supplies to repaint the bumper on one vehicle and I planned a followup visit to get supplies to paint a project vehicle. Sure I am a beginner and lacked the knowledge of their usual customers, but the lady was downright rude and made me feel like I was a burden by being there. let me repeat!

This woman was nasty from the absolute start and treated me like sh*t. It took a lot for me to not make a scene and or to not call back looking for a supervisor. My father use to paint cars and had his own business doing so when I was young. I will still move forward with my beginners projects but I will not be giving my insignificant business to this company.

At very least to the Deland location where this vile woman graces the front desk with her disgusting attitude towards these annoying PAYING customers. Oh and the total she gave us after her barrage of attitude was around $90 I used the excuse that it was too much and I'le let a shop do it for me. No I would've walked across the street and paid more if there was a competitor with reasonable service.

If someone within the company *Not the woman at the Deland location* wants to reach out to me and offer service and treat me like my patronage is valued I would be happy to give the company another try, and if that happens I will revise my review, Fairly I might ad! I am not looking for one red cent in discounts I want to be treated like this business wants my money.

They don't have the fiber glass cloth I use as a surfboard shaper but they have the sandpapers, silica and other supplies. It's a good shop if in need the supplies immediately.

Horrible place, unless you paint bumpers in a parking lot. I highly recommended searching for a more customer friendly business. I have been in this field for 20+years. Worst paint supplier in deland, on average I spend 25k-40k annually in supplies.looks like some other distributors will get that. So much for supporting local buisness. If you are looking for auto body supplies.keep looking this place is a joke!

Went there and arrived at 453pm. They were about to close.i had called earlier to confirm I was coming. When I got there, the one guy truly went above and beyond to get me the right color. I did not get his name. I wish I did. He got me the closest match he could. Even after the store officially closed. Chances are, I will never need to go a specialty paint shop again. But if I do, you can bet it's this particular store.
